Max answered my call immediately and courteously. When he arrived a few days later, he was on time, wore a mask and removed his outdoor shoes. I was having difficulty with my dryer. The repair man working on it was tested positive for Covid. We waited for a week, worried. We all tested negative. I then called Patel Appliance. Max answered and said he would be there the next morning. He showed up promptly and was very courteous. He fixed the problem and our dryer works fine. Thank you Max. We would definitely use your services again if it's needed and would recommend you to anyone who ask.

Max was very quick in responding to our call . He fixed the fan of the fridge. After couple of weeks later same issue arises and he responded quickly and visited us and guided us to how to take care of fridge.He didn't charge for the service call even after 2and half months in good will gesture.

He was on time, immediately found the problem , had the part ready in his vehicle and fixed it within 30 minutes. He is reliable and very professional. Great job. I would highly recommend Max

My dryer died at 9pm on thursday...called them up on Friday and they were able to slot me in on Friday. All they wanted was the picture of the dryer and the model number and they gave me an estimate before arriving. Job completed on time and very reasonably priced. Max knows his stuff.
