One of worst places of bubble tea! I tried Pearl Fever in Langley and hoped that this one will be the same good, but it’s horrible! Seems like these are two different places. Mostly I’m disappointed in staff’s qualification. I don’t know who trained and they got this job. 7$ in garbage

The girl and guy that were working there spend 20 minute talking instead of taking our order. When they finally made our drinks they were saying that the ice cream was looking off and spoiled. We requested to have our drinks changes to something that didn’t contain ice cream. The girl tried to charge us. She finally agreed to swap the drinks. When she finally made our drinks she served us the original drinks containing ice cream and disappeared in the back. When we asked the guy what is going on he made excuses and denied the ice cream being spoiled. I used to love bubble tea here but I will never be going back again

Best costumer service, such nice and polite staff they have. There bobas, pearls or jelly u can ever have. They have the best flavours i highly recommended this place for the bubble drinks I mostly go here.

Smoothie had overpowering syrup taste and sugar.. they forgot to put perks in after requested, left and came back within TWO MINUTES and asked for them to fix it. Young Asian girl said no but offered to charge additional fee to grab us a cup of the pearls and we could do ourselves … we requested they fix it and she declined… after $20 spent on a very dissatisfying and not made to our request on two drinks. I’ve been here off and on for years and there service has gotten worse and worse now they’ve officially lost my business

I got the royal rocher with pudding instead of pearls. My gosh it was so yummy. Like a nice chocolate milk (which I know isn't anything too special but it really hit that spot). Would love to come back again. They have custom made bubble teas as well.

Been to this location many times since I found them. Fast, easy and convenient experience overall. 8/10 times they make the drinks perfect but with new staff sometimes they can mess up a little. Definitely worth trying.

Pleasant tea shop to quench your daily boba cravings.I usually order green teas ( Mango and passionfruit) and get 50% sugar.Plenty of seating, friendly staff.Quick service.

I was waiting for my order while waiting there is a family of 5 who is ordering a bubble tea . When they about to pay they were told they don't accept cash only credit. This is totally against the law cash is a legal tender. I feel so sorry for the kids. Not everyone has a credit card or debit card. Change your policy or you will lose business.
