Head 1st

Whomever cut my hair hacked it to pieces. She was just supposed to cut dead ends off the length and fix up my layers but instead she cut about 2 inches off my length and ruined my layers. It's all different lengths and my bangs are cut to short but have long pieces everywhere. I cried when I got home.

Absolutely ridiculous I went in and asked for a new summer look few inches cut off some layers my hair is very thick I get headaches I wanted a bulk took off she literally cut off about a centimeter at the ends of my hair and did three snips across the back of my head with a thinning shears a quick shampoo my head is itchy I'm pretty sure she left the soap in my head it was that quick of a rinse and charged me $85 I'll never go back there and I'll never recommend it to anybody else even when I said it to her she still didn't fix it and cut any more off very poor customer service

Some hairdressers are good, others are not good at all! After this time I know that it's important to do your hair with the person who you know and trust!!Update - really, this was the worst haircut ever! Looks like they take people without experience from the street to work there!!!!!I will never do haircut there again!!

Worst experience i have ever had getting my hair done. I went in with a blond halo and asked to be color matched. She rushed through the process. Did not tone the blond" until it was asked. I came out a bad copper color. I ALWAYS go that blond color. when I went back to try and get it fixed a different lady told me she could not fix the color as there was too much damage done to my hair. "Mabie she could pot in some highlights". It was virgin hair with no color in it before I went there. (Over a year with no hair services before hand). They made me feel as if I was wasting their time and that they did not want to fix my hair. I went to a different place and she fixed it no problem. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It is a very unprofessional environment."

Vanessa cut my hair, and she was wonderful. Got it done fast and was very sweet. Five stars for her.

I'm not the one usually does reviews - but I had to for this one. I simply regret picking this place for haircut. I've never had such a bad layers so far in my life! The manager lady tried to convince me by pulling hair to the sides to argue it's in the length I asked for but no way near to it! All three (the front desk person, manager and the girl who cut my hair) brain stormed and billed me for 30$ because I did only haircut, if I asked for straightening then it's 59$+ tax(I will think of it nothing but a charity). I realised how terrible layers cut was after coming home and straightening my hair. I will never go, very basic and novice! It's disappointing very much!

I’ve been coming here for over a year now, normally just for cuts but have gotten colour as well. Zoe (my stylist) always does an amazing job and all of the staff are always super friendly. I always recommend her and this salon to my friends a family

not good with kids, missus was too nervous to do anything with my son, got half a haircut, charged full price. rotted.

Never again!! incompetent hair stylers. And the receptionist is unfit for a simple customer service job.

Our experience at this salon this time was definitely not a good one. We had been there before and my husband had had a decent hair cut so, being at the mall, he walked in for a quick and simple man's cut--clippers and a fade to a bit longer on top. Having been a military guy, his standards, honestly, weren't that high. The salon was quite empty so the receptionist said I could sit in beside him while he was getting his hair cut. The young, blond stylist was obviously very inexperienced and, after about 45 minutes in to a 15 minute cut, realized that she was not doing a good job (there were patches everywhere and the top was not even blended--it looked like two different hair cuts). Time was really stretching on, so she panicked and simply walked away and left him in the chair. We didn't understand what was happening until another stylist came to us and told me that she felt intimidated by my presence so couldn't continue with the hair cut. I was shocked! I had been browsing on my phone for most of the time there so could accept that if I had actually been interacting with her more than us telling her the mechanics of his hair cut and making polite conversation. (Oh, we did have to listen to her story about how she took so long to cut her boyfriend's hair that he said he would never let her do it anymore--probably should have been our first clue that the cut was not going to be good!). It was obvious that she needed to save face with her boss and come up with a reason for why she couldn't finish We were actually going to leave with a partial cut and fix it elsewhere but the older, more experienced stylist who came to talk to us said that she didn't want us to leave that way--so, that was a positive. She recut his hair and fixed all the problems so, in the end, his hair cut was eventually completed. They were sure, however, to charge full price! Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place and would definitely steer clear of that particular stylist!
