I couldn’t be happier with the service, the advice and the sales. Very informative and helpful. Has my 7 year old stick vacuum cleaned out and after realizing that over this 7 years this vacuum had cost me as much in filters as the original purchase price which wasn’t cheap. Looking for a more cost effective and one that has more capability to pick up larger particles like kitty litter was helped to find the perfect vacuum for my needs and it’s quieter than a hair blower. Even makes a difference in the feel of my carpets and I don’t have to keep changing heads from floor to carpet. I highly recommend this company for all your vacuuming needs.

These guys are great! I took my vacuum hose in to have a switch replaced. A shop in Chilliwack told me it would take a week to get the part and I would have to leave the hose with them for a few days.These guys at Valley fixed it right on the spot. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Superb service, and friendly people to deal with. Look no further for vacuum repairs.

When you first step in, you're nose is greeted with stale cigarette smoke.We attempted to describe the part we needed, model and when that didn't work we asked if he had internet. He does not.Ok.......so he took a gamble and ordered the part.Nearly 4 weeks later and no phone call, we decided to go in and found out our part had arrived.I told him right then the part looked wrong, he insisted it was.Got home, sure enough it didn't fit. Back to the store we go with the original part for comparison.We hadn't gotten a call that our new part was in, blamed us for not going in sooner to remind him.Nearly 3 months without a vacuum is was a little much so we got our money back and drove down the street to the competition who HAS internet and the part will be here in 48 hrs. With a savings of $10!!!Wanna get the run around?Get frustrated?Line HIS pockets.This is the store for you.

I walked in a few weeks ago and asked the store owner if he had a specific vacuum part; He scoffed and in a condescendingly tone said No! I don't know why anyone would want something like that!" - As if I was crazy or stupid for wanting it.I gave him 2 stars because I'd been in a couple of years ago and he was quite helpful.Maybe he was just having a bad day

Top Notch customer service. I couldn't recommend Gord at Valley Vacuum enough.Brought in my Broken down old Electrolux and he trouble shot the problem with me in the store told me what part I needed. He ordered the part within 3 business days I received my call came in picked it up. He even cleaned the dusted machine for me free of charge !I am happy my wife is happy. Go to Valley Vacuum if you want personable and great customer service.
