Lots of products, but very limited service, basically you have to hunt through the store on your own, the floor sales people don't assist customers.

I wish I read the reviews here about online orders. It's been a 5 weeks since I ordered online and did not hear any news from anyone. First and last time, horrible customer service.Update: I did reach out by email, chat and in person, no one can tell me when I will receive my order. The email in your comment is useless, received automatic answer 3 weeks ago and no other news at all. I understand issues on your side by it would be nice to receive anything with news what is going on. I got 0 news about my order and it's almost 6 weeks now. Never got any updates, if I did I would not write this review.

Great selection of home items and great service from the staff. Special thanks to Julia and Machiku for helping us with our Christmas shopping. We found some great gifts for our friends and family.

Disappointed in their customer service and honouring a sale. Showed up for pickup and they would not provide my order for what the website claimed was the sale price.Ordered a bedspread on sale on website for same day pick up. Received confirmation that order was ready for pickup and they charged my credit card. Called to confirm the order was ready and a live person told me it was ready. Went in person and the person at the cash said they could not honour the price listed even though the company knew of their supposed error.Very disappointed in a company that had a good reputation. Once you charge someone’s credit card and tell them it’s ready for pick up by email and a live call you should honour the sale. Not very honourable.

Just toured the new store. Staff is very friendly and attentive. I find it is like a smaller version of Bed Bath and Beyond yet they have a much bigger store in the west end near IKEA. I’m not sure why they picked this location when there is The Bay in the mall.I’m giving 5 stars for opening during the pandemic.

The store has a nice variety of home items, however, the customer service at the st Laurent location is terrible. The sales associates are rude. I was spoken to in a rude manner and will not go to that location again. I will not recommend that location to anyone simply for the lack of polite customer service.

I purchased a mattress a month ago and I have been consistently shuffled between the St-Laurent store and the Pinecrest store.The mattress was delivered to Pinecrest, and located yet nobody in management has bothered to deliver it.I attended the store in person three times and spoke with people that work in the mattress department.The item will not be released to me nor has it been delivered and I have spent $676.87 for a mattress that I do not have and no action taken to have it delivered.Order 93602074.This is customer service? I think not. I have asked for the matter to be dealt with head office. Katie refused to assist and said go back to St-Laurent. Yet when I go to St-Laurent they say go back to Pinecrest. So essentially my good has never been delivered, is sitting in the backstore, I cannot pick it up and I cannot get a refund?I would have appreciated an ounce of problem solving from management. Will I need to ask for help on Facebook? Will I need to send a demand letter to head office and cite the Consumer Protection Act before anyone cares?It’s almost 700$ we are talking about.

Nice small shop very convenient when your moving in a new apartment and need blankets and decoration etc, it's nice!
