I can't say enough good things about Stacey and her crew! My 14 years old dachshund (Saydee) probably wouldn't be here without these guys. They are genuine, animal loving peeps :) highly recommend.

Took my rescued kitten here for her first shots and a check up.Was left waiting in a room for over 30 min past my appointment time. It took 3 days to get my kitten in to be seen.She gave my kitten a needle in the leg that swelled up and now she has a five inch lession and a scab at the injection site. It took 30 days to heal?My kitten had ear mites, and worms, I was sold a treatment to take home.Since then my kitten had had five of her own. I have been calling for two days now and this place hasn't gotten back to me after 72 hrs!!Rude uncaring Vet.Stick with your cows, you have no repore with cats.You should have just told me to find a better fit, instead of taking my money and then ignoring any further concerns.I will be going to Innisfail Vet tomorrow, I'm not going to loose my cat due to their inattention.SHAME!!!Update. I have went to a new vet. I call BS on your explanation! I waited 3 day for a call back as her condition worsened. It may have not have been an emergency to YOU! It was for us a nursing mother with diahria, dehydrated and vomiting!AGAIN your explanation didn't hold water. I called 4 times over 3 days no call back

We were traveling through heading up North when my pugs anxiety over being in the car became incredibly serious, to the point she was struggling to breathe & things were going from bad to worse fast. I called in as we were mins away & briefly explained the problem & without hesitation they said bring her in. Things were not looking great when we arrived, she was barely breathing & temperature had raised well above what is safe. I rushed in with her and will ever be so thankful I did. If it wasn’t for their quick actions things won’t have ended well, long story short, the vet was amazing, professional and quick to sort her out and kept me updated as I nervously waited to know if she was gonna make it. All the staff was incredibly great, I can not say I’ve had to visit such a vet clinic especially coming from a big city. If it wasn’t for the vet & his quick actions my baby girl won’t have made it. As she was in rough shape & was gonna require to be cared for the next 24 to 48 hours till we would know if she was gonna be ok, I needed to get her to a vet office in Red Deer, with a car full of small children and my nerves already done without hesitation the vet went over my options for care & explained everything to me and in no way at any point did I feel pressured to agree, he was straight forward & explained things very clearly and then offered to take her in his own car to the emergency vet in Red Deer for me which was such a relief as she had to be sedated and tubed.. I can truly not say enough good things about this vet office, from the vet tecs to the girls working the desk to the amazing vet, I apologize I can’t think of his name, if it wasn’t for their quick actions and care I most definitely would have lost my fur baby. I have to add after a few days in Red Deer emergency vet I received a call from this vet office to check up on my fur baby which to some doesn’t seem like much but to me it shows it is clear they care for the animals that they treat, not something I’ve personally found at some of the bigger city vets. Definitely would recommend this vet clinic and so thankful they happen to be open and right there that day. And have to add their prices were really reasonable. Truly one of the best vet clinics I’ve had to use..

Stacey is the best veterinarian I could ask for! She has taken care of my dog since he was a puppy and supported my family with their horses. She is very knowledgeable, sincere and has a passion for what she does.

Took my cat to get antibiotics for an ongoing Respiratory problem. The problem was not fixed if not worse and Dr Stacy is too Busy " to sign a prescription for another round of antibiotics for the rest of the week???. They told me to go to ER (which I would have to pay for) to get the same antibiotic.. So now I have to find money to go to another vet

Dec 28th. 1:30 pmNeat tidy and clean waiting room.The Doctor was kind and friendly or at least tried to be she was a bit busy so I understood that.3 stars because I immediately lost faith and was very discouraged and second guessing my choice of coming here and talking to the front dest person.You will not feel confident that you came to the right place when you first meet the front desk people and they both could certainly use an up grade on her phone skills ( ( For Sure ) phrase caught my attention ) Very un- professional and unskilled. also needs basic training in explaining what vaccines are product information and i'm sure a few other essentials with out hesitation or stumbling.It's very frustrating talking to someone when there catch phrase is . ( I don't know or I'm not sure. ) Maybe they should take the time to educate themselves ?so my advice is to save your breath and talk to the Doctor.I would go back knowing this now.

I brought my dog here because she's getting older and my regular vet recommended them for chiro. They are amazing. The vet is so kind and relaxed with my dog. The staff are wonderful. Highly recommend.
