TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I don't know why I continue to bank here! It's certainly time for a change. This is the second time I've had to walk out before being able to speaking to someone. How is it acceptable to only have two tellers open? The manager of this branch needs to put in a little more work. I wasn't the only one in line frustrated today.

I have health problems and it is impossible to stand for long at the counter. I usually go to the side counter and am able to do my banking sitting down and really appreciate. The Tellers are all very friendly and not at all upset if you have a few items to take care of.

This is the best TD branch. But they need to open and keep their customers. Lauzon branch is not the friendliest branch.

Excellent bank branch, the staff there are so incredibly helpful, and work very quickly, it’s not crazy volume wise either, and really appreciate the location of this branch.

Getting through to a real person is not possible and the options to try to speak to a real person are terrible. In a canned message I was told to leave my name and number and someone would get back to me. While I know that it seems all companies do this it is infuriating. I can't imagine what it would be like for a new immigrant with minimal English skills, or for older adults who are not tech savvy. It also makes me feel like an UNIMPORTANT customer.

The staff is always friendly and professional, and they go out of their way to ensure that all my banking needs are met. Additionally, the bank's mobile app is excellent, making it simple to deposit checks, transfer funds, and pay bills from my phone. I appreciate that TD Bank is always innovating and making banking more convenient for their customers. The bank's fees are also reasonable, which is refreshing in an industry where many banks are known for hidden fees. Overall, TD Bank is a fantastic bank with great customer service, innovative technology, and fair pricing. I have been with TD for 24 years and would never consider switching banks. Other banks i was with previous to TD always made me feel like I was an inconvenience, but not TD. Regardless of which branch i go into, they make me feel like I am the most important person they have had come in that day. I would always recommend TD to anyone looking for a bank.

I went to the branch to open an account and was fortunate to find an empty slot for a walk-in. While I was sitting in the waiting area for my appointment that was 15 mins later, the branch manager came to me as soon as she saw me waiting and asked if I had been attended. That left a great impression of her branch! I felt welcomed.Thereafter, I met & discussed my needs and expectations with Dylana who understood and suggested the accounts and offers accordingly. She probably stayed back during her lunch time but made sure that I left the place satisfied. During the hour that we spent, she was calm, friendly and explained me things carefully.This has been one of the best banking experiences I've had in my life! No doubt, they are the highest rated TD branch in Windsor-Essex.Thank you for the amazing service and keep it up!
