After 30 plus years in our home, we decided to renovate our kitchen. Olympic came highly recommended by our son in law. His family has been dealing with Olympic from their beginning.Louie was responsive immediately. All communication was excellent and timely. After going to the showroom and seeing completed jobs, we could see the superior quality and workmanship. We checked out other kitchen companies as well. Olympic Kitchens practically custom designed, built and installed custom millwork in every room of our new home. From the beginning of the process Louie and team were incredible partners. Their experience, skill and care is unmatched. In particular our kitchen and family room were intricate and specific and they approached everything with ease. The team provided great recommendations and ideas. They were easy to work with and up for any challenge. In addition, the quality of the craftsmanship and product were of the highest level. Their installation team was precise and devoted to perfecting everything. Any wear or tear (caused by us entirely) that has come up since installation has been addressed within days without any pushback or hassle . Olympic is the best in the business and I would never use any one else.

I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Olympic Kitchens from the very start of the design process, to installation, and even several months after installation when we had a concern / repair that Louie was quick to address. Though out the entire process of planning and renovating our kitchen, Louie and his team were professional, extremely helpful, very efficient, on time (this despite our renovation occuring in the summer of 2021 in the middle of a pandemic with unexpected shutdowns and material shortages occuring everywhere in the industry),and just generally very pleasant to deal with. During planning, Louie listened to our ideas for our kitchen, but he also asked very thoughtful questions about how we used our space to make sure our design was as efficient as possible. We have a long a narrow kitchen, and I feel with Louie's suggestions, we maximized our space, and made use of every inch. With any reno, I expect that there will always be one or two things after the fact that you wish you had done differently, but after living with our new kitchen for over a year, I can honestly say that there isn't one single thing I would change about it.After about 6 months, we had a minor concern that on a couple of cupboard doors the paint seemed to be wearing thin. I sent Louie a picture and within a week he had come to see the doors, and agreed to respray them, no questions asked. I could not have asked for better customer service.I can't thank Louie and the team at Olympic Kitchen enough for a great experience and a great result, and I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about starting a kitchen renovation.

We recently undertook a full main floor gut, in which our kitchen more than doubled in size, ultimately extending across half our main floor in an open concept design.We knew the whole process would be costly and transformative. We also knew we had no intention to ever undertake this kind of thing again ; ) All that to say that it was a big deal for us and I did loads – and loads – of detailed research, before deciding to go with Olympic Kitchens.If I can save you some of the reams of time I spent pouring over info and visiting various shops – and all the headache that goes along with that -- I’ll offer this: you would be extremely hard-pressed to find higher quality work, client partnership -- and value -- for your kitchen cabinetry than you’ll find with Olympic Kitchens. Period, full stop.Louie, the co-owner, who worked closely with us throughout, is exceptionally smart with an unrelenting attention to detail and amazing people skills – a top-notch guy who’s a complete pleasure to deal with.On the quality of workmanship - interestingly, I recently stopped by to see our neighbour’s new kitchen. She had gone with another kitchen company, but had made some of the same design choices we had (Legra boxes for drawers, Decotec matte for cabinetry, etc). On paper, they appeared to reflect the same choices.Well, remarkably, the products we wound up with in our homes were very different. Our Legra boxes appear much cleaner around all the seams, as though they had been assembled differently, and obviously with a different attention to detail. Our Decotec matte finish was applied on both the inside & outside of our cabinet doors; theirs only on the outside, with a different material on the inside that is much more difficult to clean. And the list goes on… Their cabinetry was less costly, but with not nearly enough savings to explain these kinds of discrepancies.Thank you so much Louie, for partnering with our family with seemingly limitless patience and attention to quality and detail, to give us the kitchen of our dreams.We love, love, love our kitchen. And can’t imagine it would be nearly this beautiful, functional and perfect for our family, had we not chosen Olympic Kitchens.
