We purchased new appliances from Trail, and they recommended Pro-Installs for our new kitchen.Dan from Pro-Installs was awesome. Even though the contractor made some errors with placement of a gas line and electrical, Dan was extremely helpful in resolving the issues with the contractor.Although he had to make a second trip to install the rest of the appliances, I have no doubt that it would have been done RIGHT the first time.Dan was very knowledgeable and professional, everything he installed was spot on. Communication with Kyla was great. Highly recommend Pro-Installs!!

Well my experience all started with purchasing new appliances and needing the right installer for the project.Dan and Pro Installs came highly recommended by our supplier of the appliances and when I called Dans office, the great experience started there, received my confirmation as to when he would be there along with a telephone call from Dan prior to his arrival to our home.Dan along with his staff are beyond professional and great to have so this project.Not only did he connect and test each one, he also stripped them of the decals and ran each pieces ( put them through the paces) then cool down and then fully Remove all decals and then clean and polish each one.Thank you you Pro Installs and Dan and Staff.

We recently engaged Pro-Installs Inc to install a new Subzero appliance and were very pleased with the work. The company is well organized, with efficient systems in place to book and track their jobs and update communications with their customers from quoting to booking to completing their work. Dan, who did our work, is very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. This is a 5-star company (maximum that Google reviews permits), but I would add an extra star for high ethics. I received an email the day after the job was completed to inform me that they inadvertently charged me for a fee that shouldn't have applied and would be sending me a cheque to return that portion of the charges. This action is indicative of the way they operate their business. The bottom line is, this is a top-notch company to deal with.

The experience, expertise, and level of professionalism is bar-none! Working with Pro-Installs removed any and all concern of high-end appliances being installed properly and with lots of attention to detail. We highly recommend their services, and shall happily be using them again in the near future!

Dan and Rob installed our speed oven and convection oven. It was the most thorough and professional service we have experienced since we moved to Edmonton over thirty years ago. They were tidy and considerate and took great care not to cause any damage to our home while they worked. It is so refreshing to find somebody who takes great pride in their work. I was also impressed that although they did an absolutely first class job, they didn’t ask for the inevitable five-star review, which we have come to expect from all other service technicians whenever they finish their work no matter how trivial. Outstanding service!

This company is responsive, reliable, and provide excellent service. The intake / quoting process is seamless and the pricing breakdown is detailed, something I appreciate. The team arrived when they said they would and they took great care to move my washer and dryer up two storeys in my home with no damage whatsoever. As well, I was given some helpful practical info about my set-up. Very professional. Good value. And friendly to boot. I would hire Pro-Installs again and I recommend them.

Very professional, it was worth the wait even though it took a few weeks to get the appointment for installation. Dan was very professional and took care of a mess that the builder had left years ago.Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking for this type of service.
