I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima SV from here a few months back and it didn’t cause me even a hiccup till yet. Ive been across several dealerships before I came across Royal Auto, Rashid runs his business very religiously putting his consumers first and I admire his patience and temperament especially while coming across dealing with people who low-ball prices and the ones who blame it on the merchant for the damages caused due to their own negligence/carelessness. I have been through several replies that was left for some 1 star reviewers, I am proud to see his narration keeping his stand yet giving a reasonable explanation confidently for what actually must be/is the issue.You are doing a great job and very transparent, that’s what makes you a person leading your business with ethics. Wish you success.I highly recommend Royal Auto Niagara to buy reasonable used cars. You’ll be in good hands!PS: Blame yourselves if you won’t take proper care of your wheels.

Shady dealership. False information on their website. Lazy salesman. They straight up lie to you through the entire process to try and get a sale.The vehicle I was purchasing was not ready when they said. They had a mandatory down payment of 1500 that was not mentioned until last day. They also blamed a new employee for accidentally running a hard credit check by accident. They are also too cowardly to provide a name of the manager or owner to resolve their mistakes.Would never ever recommend to friends or family. I would rate negative stars if possible.

Was interested in buying a vehicle, got a nightmare instead. I was told I could pick up the car on Tuesday after the mechanic finished an engine mount repair on said vehicle, strange considering the site said it was certified, how can that be if it's getting repairs done..... not to mention I had said I could put $500 down even though the site says $0 down, 7.99 APR for 36 months.I asked several times if they were going to do a hard credit check and every response came back as a no, said it was a soft credit check, as there is a difference.Turns out they just lie left, right and center. I get approved, and then told by an associate named Arshad Kazi i would have to pay $1500 down, even though their site says different and I offered $500 down, greedy company. Some fine print for ya huh. In this same conversation I ask if a hard credit check was done, Arshad tells me yes, even though the associate at the Lundys lane location made it VERY well known to me that it would be a soft credit check. Arshad tries to tell me that there is no such thing as a light or soft credit check and proceeds to tell me that I was not lied to. A hard credit inquiry may impact your credit scores and stay on your credit reports for about two years, while a soft credit inquiry won't affect your scores.These business men" are lying

Great customer service owner is very polite and honest person. I got very good deal on my ford fusion now after two months purchase I have five star because there is no any issue or problem I realize I got a good deal thanks for my great investment.

IMPORTANT, DON'T TRUST HIM.If you read any review as a customer, please let it be this one. This guy completely screwed me over. I bought the 2006 Mazda 6 from him CERTIFIED, drove it off the lot in Niagara Falls and drove it to Gravenhurst to my mechanic, only to find out that the car was nowhere near road safe and I very well could have died on my drive. DO NOT BUY THAT CAR AND DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM HIM. My safety was not a consideration and I'm appalled that an unsafe vehicle is knowingly going back up for sale.

I haven't purchased a vehicle from him but I do work closely with Royal Auto Niagara as one of our business partners and the owner, Rashid, always does all he can to make sure he takes care of his customers. With any pre-owned vehicle it is always difficult to predict what might be wrong next, which is why even new vehicles come with warranty. He always discloses what might be wrong with the vehicle and suggests the right vehicle for his customers from what I've heard from our mutual customers.

This is a time 5 star rating I purchased 2008 Honda Civic from Royal Auto Niagara around three months ago. After three months I don't have any issue in my vehicle I did few minor repairs but overall no complaints it's used car I am very happy on my purchase and recommend other people to buy cars from this dealership. Cheapest price of certified car in ontario . My trip from Mississauga to Niagara Falls is worth for me.

Hello Niagara, or anyone else looking for some insight on royal auto on lundys lane niagara falls. I was recently hit and run,writ off, and needed a reliable vehicle because the beat goes on.I was able to find a very well kept and maintained chezy cruze, smoke free, and even better then my old car! The wife even came with and approved.After a couple of days I noticed something I could never have noticed in a test drive. I panicked because that is what I do, this is all insurance gave me. It ended up being a not a problem but window of opportunity and Rashid welcomed me with open arms and rectified the situation immediately.RASHID STANDS BEHIND HIS WORD AND HIS PRODUCT. I WOULD , IN A HEART BEAT, BUY FROM HIM AGAIN/RECCOMEND A FAMILY OR FRIEND.I am not paid to write this I just like good people and feeling good.Restoring faith in humanity one small business in niagara at a time.Bravo RashidYou the Man

was a decent enough guy but after my son purchased a vehicle within 2 weeks we had to start jumping his vehicle because the battery was shot. I called to see if there was anything they would do and told not covered under the safety so no. Will not be back or send anyone to purchase from this dealership.
