Inquired about doing a job. Rodney was kind at first and listened but was late on giving a quote when he suggested he would. I had made arrangements with another company so I moved on. The other company no showed so I gave another opportunity to apply to complete the job for me in which I was informed it could be done Thursday or Friday and he would inform me Wednesday. I contacted him Thursdays before I had set up another appointment for someone willing to do it and Rodney had given me some grief and claimed I was impatient. Not very professional seemed like he didn't care for my business and even said not to call him if I do in fact need him if another no show occured. Rodney could have had been a little kind when speaking to me as I was very reasonable considering the delays on his part. No hard feelings but I hope this review can provide some feedback to the organization piece of the company and customers are busy too it's not all about you. It's a trade, money for service.

What separates the good contractors from the very good? In my opinion the way they keep their site and the site cleanup — this is something that Apply Contracting's crew took care with pride of at the end of each day, and again at the end of the job. My roof and eavestroughs were completed late in the season — with quality and progress not compromised. All special requests were listened to and acted upon and couldn't be happier with the work! Rodney went above and beyond taking my numerous calls and questions, or getting back to me in a timely manner. A roof isn't something you want to have to do, but when you have to, consider this company. I would recommend them.

I would never use this company again. They replaced our roof just a few years ago. Since then, we have had large patches come off in the wind three times. I know some wind can be high but three times??!! The last time shingles came off was a couple of months ago. We left two phone messages and when the second one was returned weeks later, the guy apologized and said he forgot about us. He arranged to come out last Friday to finally repair it. My husband raced home from work and sat in all afternoon waiting. Nobody showed. No phone call to cancel or reschedule. We are extremely disappointed with the poor customer service at this company. I would not use them again.

Rod at Apply contracting was very thorough in replacing our Roof...I did obtain many other quotes but was not convinced I was highering an experience installer....there was some wood sheets that needed to be replaced as well...and he caught all of this...overall great to deal with. Great experience and a brand new roof that does not leak anymore. I Highly recommend Apply Contracting.

Rodney and his team did and excellent job on replacing our shingled roof. Two years later we had him remove and replace our siding, flashing and eavestrough. He was easy to talk to and very professional. Since then have numerous compliments from our neighbours and we are delighted with the results.
