Hats Expert

I saw this company on line, and contacted them with questions I had about a hat I had seen on their website. I needed information pertaining to the height of the crown and the width of the brim as it was not listed on their website. I tried to reach this company over the phone numerous times, but they failed to answer. I was left with no choice but to submit an email with my questions. The company responded back with an email including the information of the crown height and brim width. I then submitted an email back to the company thanking them for their response, however, I informed them it was NOT the size I was interested in. The next morning, at 3am, I received an email from PayPal informing me the company had processed an invoice for me to pay. I also received an email from the company that an invoice has been sent. At NO time, did I approve of an invoice, as at no time had I agreed to purchase any item from this company. I contacted PayPal, to advise them of what was transpiring so it could be noted to my account.BUYER BEWARE.
