I was born and raised in Quebec city... Now living in the USA.Each time I visit Quebec with the family, I am requested to stop by for a Poutine.... No matter the time (Day or Night).Ashton has good poutine. In my opinion, their ups are for the quality of their cheese curds... But I would rather crispier fries.Anyhway, great place for good old Quebec Poutine!!!
