Poor communication with no service. We confirmed 3 different dates to get our bins cleaned. They haven’t showed up on any of the confirmed dates, or communicated a change of date. We asked one last time if they’re coming at the next garbage pick up and they haven’t gotten back to us.

Tried on numerous occasions by way of on-line form, phone call and phone message to get my bins cleaned. No response whatsoever and question if this is really a business; if not, take the website down.

I emailed GreenLight to get my bins cleaned and sanitized. They got back to me the same day. Super friendly over the phone, emailed me my invoice, I paid and they scheduled me. My bins just got cleaned today and they are amazingly clean! Highly recommend.

Thrilled with this service! Greenlight came the day after our garbage pick up date and did a great job on both our bins in less than 10 minutes, then sent me a bill to be paid by etransfer. So worth it!
