This 5 star is for one of their staff Amber P. I visited the mountain and forgot my ski pants in their facility. Amber took the responsibility personally and mailed to me at her own time.Thank you, Amber!

It took 4 employees a full hour to register a group of 7. Additionally, the snowshoe rental employee offered little help gearing up, said it didn't matter which snowshoe went on which foot.... Which we later realized was inaccurate as the snowshoes are labeled L/R. Just super disappointing experience what the staff were able to offer in terms of efficient customer service.The mountain itself is obviously beautiful.

Amazing place for tubing with the kids. Everyone had a blast. The staff were friendly and everything was well organized. The road up this year was excellent. Book in advance and keep your RFID cards for future visits to save yourself the extra $5 one time charge for the card.

Fun fun FUN little mini shred park. I could ride this every day. This mountain is mom and poppy. On a pow day, this would be an unreal little mountain. Staff was all happy and chipper. Would be hyped to come back.

Today I want to give a bad review, we were going to celebrate my daughter's birthday and we planned to do it all day in the mountains, we traveled from Vancouver and arrived there at 2:30 pm, the girl at the desk helped us to do our ticket purchases online, but it took us a long time to buy the tickets and have a discount, but the girl never told us that they closed the mountain at 4pm, we left costumer service at 3pm. We also rent equipment. We found out about that when my boyfriend picked up the rented equipment and that he would have to return it at 4pm. It does not seem fair to me that we have paid the day pass for 50 minutes from the mountain. Yes, it was my mistake not to check the schedule well because we trust that there is also night skying, but I think they should have told us that they would close in 1 hour before we bought our tickets.

Super fun! Relatively small mountain but super wide lanes for beginners. The drive was a bit challenging but definitely worth it.

We went here in summer for a quick weekend out of van. I'd avoid going here in summer as there is nothing to do other thank hiking or riding atvs (if you own one) compared to our mountains who actually put effort into the off season, this place sadly doesn't which is real shame as its a great spot. I imagine it's great in winter. The bungalow we stayed in through Airbnb is awesome though shout out to the bigfoot bungalow crew!

Mountain has a nice view, is well maintained, good skill range, and diversity for a day. However, mountain is smaller than Mt Baker close by (USA) for similar price and purchasing tickets is a pain as you have to create a whe profile online or pay extra(30$) for the staff to enter the information for you. Staff was very nice but the check in process is just dumb and it's not their fault.

Awesome place for both skiing and snowboarding! There aren’t many people that come here so you’re not fighting for space nor are you waiting long lines for the chair lift. The drive here was a bit of a struggle but really worth it. Highly recommend!

We went skiing on a good ski day. Unfortunately we had a bit of a wait at the beginning to get our cards after paying online. After this, we skied the mountain and enjoyed excellent snow. We didn’t have to wait at the bottom of the lifts and then ate some fantastic food - the menu is made of locally sourced ingredients and hand prepared. The prices were very reasonable for such great grub!
