Great condo experience. Newly hired security and cleaning company make a world of difference! A clean, professional and upscale residence in an amazing neighborhood. Close to lots of stores, parks and go station!

The worst management service I have ever seen.. You try there managment number you will get always voice mail. No person responsible for the service n codo. All people shift duties on other. If you stay here you will fill in prison. All i can say worse..

The manager of the The mark building know nothing! anything we request such as building issues and etc. she refused to take care of it and she basically make smoney from us for doing nothing. she is usless manager!

Awesome condo. Units are very desirable and management does good job cleaning. Front lobby with the waterfall is very nice.

As per Wes Fs’ review and those of other pet owners who reside here, mine is 100% aligned with theirs. I am also a resident if this condo (since Sept 2018). My partner and I have both been tolerant and patient with other residents, their “Senior Property Manager” as well as employees of the building.
