1st experience was very good. It was a relatively quite small patch job on the laptop hinge mechanism. Took more than a week for parts which was a little discouraging but when I explained how important it is that I am leaving town and cannot leave the laptop for a week with him he went out of his way to meet me on the closed Sunday to return it to me. Great customer service will bring back customers and make a small business shine. Thanks.

Called a handful of places and Frank was the only one willing to tackle a board repair job on a mercedes ignition switch for me. Less than an hour, fair price, and the job was solid! 10/10

I broke my phone about three months ago and Franko fixed it in a day. I spilled water on my laptop two days ago, and the next day Franko had the thing fixed. SAVE THEIR NUMBER IN YOUR PHONE for those emergencies when you need something fixed, and they have cool accessories in their shop too, thank you guys again LIFE SAVERS

Highly recommend for phone repairs! Our guy gave me a quick quote for the work, and the work was done very quickly and professionally. Price of the repair was very reasonable compared to other places and the work was done same-day. I hope I don't need another screen repair but if I do, I'll be headed back here.
