Howl at the Groom Dog Grooming

Excellent Service! My girl was looking like a hot mess when we brought her in and wow are we impressed! Somehow they managed to get my super shy and timid dog to let them give her a full groom. We've had some bad experiences in the past with other groomers and are so happy to have found this place! Thank you so much Howl at the Groom!!!

Loki has anxiety and isn’t a fan of being groomed but Alicia did an amazing job with him and was able to trim his nails, shave his paw pads and remove all of his matting. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you for your patience and understanding. So happy to have found the perfect match for Loki’s grooming.

Sadly, I was not impressed. I did receive a phone call telling me that my dog was extremely stressed out by the blow dryer, which I understood and did advise that they could towel dry him without a problem. When I went to pick him up, I noticed he had been groomed very short, which I did expect because he had been matted. However, the trim around the face was very uneven, and didn’t match the rest of his groom, but my main concern was where they had shaved him at the rear end and up the inside of his tail or the underside. About a good 4 inches right down to the skin. It has been very sore and raw and he has been licking nonstop since then. I’m not sure if this will ever grow back in this area or not and now I know why he was so distressed by the blow dryer he was probably in pain from his rear end area. Not once did they mention anything to me about this and as I say it wasn’t until I got home when I discovered it. Unfortunately it can’t be fixed but I won’t be back.

I had to look for a new groomer, and I saw them on Facebook and booked. I was very happy with the job they did on my YorkiePoo George, my previous Groomer would cut him the way she wanted, not the way I asked her to. George looks so handsome, and no more snowballs on his legs! Thanks

I messaged their fb asking about one-on-one dog grooming for my (not yet fully vaccinated) pup and they were able to let me know that they are basically one-on-one with all their dogs and immediately get them bathed start to finish right when you drop them off! This was my pup’s first time at the groomers and when I picked her up she didn’t seem anxious at all, just loved the groomers! I definitely recommend this place :)

Great spot. Staff is very friendly and great with animals. Took my rottie and corgi here for their bath, and they did a fantastic job. They were understanding and careful with our extremely anxious rescue corgi and that’s exactly what we have been looking for! Paid less for two dogs to get a full service bath/groom than the pet stores charges for 1. Will definitely be making this our new groomer!

We had a wonderful experience getting our mini bernedoodle groomed. We know she is spunky and can be a challenge at times for grooming, especially around the face area. This is the best groom she has ever received. The groomer mentioned that the face is not perfect as she was not a fan of it and gave her a hard time. I can honestly say I cannot tell. To me she looks perfect. Highly recommend this spot to get your dog groomed, especially mixed poodle breeds.

Alicia hands down best groomer ever!! Loves all dogs !!mine is super anxious and Alicia has no issues at all when grooming her . Your doggy loved one will be in excellent hands !!

Stephanie is wonderful and so particular about her grooming. You can tell she is well skilled by the quality and attention to detail you can see in the cut. I never have to touch him up myself. My other dog doesn’t trust people touching her feet to cut her nails. Stephanie is the second person she is tolerant of doing this. She has a natural way with the dogs and they seem to be at ease with her - which is so important. Would highly recommend Howl at the Groom!

I rate this grooming shop very highly. They went above and beyond for my dog and his comfort levels and I was so impressed with how he turned out. I will absolutely return when he is ready to be groomed again!
