Greenway Water Technology

We have been installing Greenway water softeners now for two years. Love the warranty and ease of operation.

Buyer beware. Resin tank leak from bottom. Definite manufacturing fault. Greenway would not replace. Would give zero if it were an option.

I have a Greenway UV whole house system model #GAUV-6SB DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. The issue with this product is yearly when you go to change the UV light you are to clean or replace the sleeve the UV light sits in which should be EASY. This sleeve is supposed to just slide out like the bulb, with my unit the sleeve will not slide out and breaks trying to remove it. This then requires a plumber to remove the system and get the broken glass out. This is the now the 3rd year in a row it has done this and the plumber has told me it has to be defective as he has never seen this happen. I am going to contact the company and see if they will replace this unit as it has to be faulty. Will keep the review posted as to how they handle it.
