Mr. Langlois provided an extremely complete and competent examination of a home I am purchasing. He provided a written report with photo documentation, as well as a 360 degree walkthrough of everything he found from major issues such as insulation right down to minor things like small cracks in the stucco ceilings. I don't think I could have asked for a more comprehensive assessment. Well done!

Richard was on time and went through the house as if it was his own. He was very careful and did not miss anything! I felt like a family member with extensive knowledge paid us a visit. He is incredibly kind and patient. He offered solutions and options I did not knew existed, you can tell he loves what he does just by meeting him. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a careful, well thought out inspection of one of the largest purchases you will make in your life time!
