Went for a hair cut with Autumn and she was absolutely amazing. I was feeling a bit nauseous on the day of the appointment and she was very polite and completely accommodating. A++Ps. We chopped off a lot of hair and her technique/skill was great, I love how it turned out!

I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received here! I recently had my hair cut elsewhere and was unhappy with it. I went to Lustre of Pearl for the first time, had an appointment Lyric, and I can't say enough good things! The atmosphere was welcoming, and everyone was so friendly! Lyric took time to discuss what I wanted and she suggested details to make it even better. Her work was skilled, and she was lovely! I walked out with a cut I am confident wearing, and I will definitely recommend this spot to others!

My stylist, Emmanuelle, was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. She nailed the colour and level I wanted for my fresh new blonde balayage and cut. She paid careful attention to my maintenance desires and the end result was fantastic. Thank you!!

Lustre Of Pearl is my favorite place to go for my hair services. Sofia and her staff are so incredibly professional, knowledgeable and welcoming every time you go in. I have seen Sofia for alot of my hair needs as well as Lyric who is also incredible. When I am not sure how to convey what I want, they just know exactly how to help get me to where I want with my hair goals. They equally educating and kind when they explain how things work and make it happen no matter the situation. They are REAL when it comes to certain goals, and never let you leave disappointed! I have also been there to see Alyda for brows/lash lifts and tins/manicure/pedis. She is wonderful and what she does.Another favorite part of Lustre of Pearl is the multi services at once. I have had my teeth whitened my Erin and then my nails painted, all while my hair is sitting in foils waiting to be rinsed and blow-dried. It is such an efficient modern way of offering services and I LOVE it. In such a busy society, its so awesome getting more than one service in one sitting!I would recommend Lustre of Pearl to anybody looking for services in the Westshore - I also drive down from Mill Bay just for my services here! I signed up for the new client promo as I have just moved to the area. Within an hour or two or having signed up I received a phone call from Sofia to ask if there was anything I needed help with or had any questions. She listened to what I needed and was able to get me in for a lash lift/tint the same afternoon and also gave me an in-depth consultation for what I was thinking about for my hair. There was availability the next day so I was able to get my hair done right away.Alida did my lash lift/tint. It was my first time getting this service and she explained the process very clearly and also let me know what results I could expect. She was kind, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.My hair appointment was lengthy, but Autumn was more than up to the challenge. She was very friendly and made me feel so welcome, and on top of that my hair looks and feels AMAZING.The salon environment is very welcoming, and everyone working there was kind and friendly. I will definitely be a returning customer, and I have been recommending the salon to literally anyone who will listen to me.

I am so happy I decided to book at this salon. Everyone was so friendly from reception to the owner to my stylist. I was very impressed that there was an intake process. Emmanuelle took the time to discuss my hair goals/history and how to achieve what I wanted.I hadn’t been to a salon in over 6 months after losing hair due to an autoimmune disease. I was scared and didn’t think any amount of styling would help. I left with the confidence I had pre-lupus, and I cannot thank this business enough.I am moving out of town, but will be returning to this salon for all my future appointments.Thank you!

I love lustre of pearl, it's such an amazing salon. I get my hair done regularly by Sofia since they opened. She is knowledgable and excellent at colour. I get a balayage most times, and she listens and achieves what I want done (even when I don't know how to explain it). I have had other services done as well including teeth whiting and it's all been fantastic. One of the more unique features of the salon is the curtain spaces, when my hair has to sit for a while they close up your little curtain and you just get to chill out in privacy. I love going there, everyone is very friendly, the space is beautiful and importantly, the parking is easy. Would recommend for any of their services.
