Excellent customer service, one of the best from an electronics company ever received. In particular, Kamesh was extremely helpful. Came in with two devices, both ruined, and he did his best to fix them. When it was evident I needed a new one, he ordered a new one that arrived overnight, threw in some credits in the new phone plan, added a $100 store credit and some Koodo bonuses as well, as well as replace a cord when the new device was missing one. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable and honest staff, highly recommend for phone repairs. I brought in my water damaged phone that wouldn't turn on, they put it an a dehumidifier and were able to get it charging, but the screen was dead. They plugged a working screen to let me use the phone back up some photos and files. However they advised me not to buy the new screen as the extensive water damage meant my phone would likely have other issues in the future so the new screen would be a ~$300 gamble. The staff will make the best decision for their customers even if it costs them business :) Thanks a ton to Kamesh and the other staff who helped me out.

I had a phone with a half working screen. I assume it was a difficult repair, they took about 4 weeks and the first attempt didn’t work. I called them about it not working after the first repair and they took ownership of the problem and repaired it for me at no additional cost.
