Owners are super nice and knowledgeable, great service! However, we noticed our dog’s eye was REALLY bothering him when we took him home and they never let us know, I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt and say they didn’t notice but at the same time it was very noticeable, he was winking and putting his head down to scratch at it every couple seconds

I've been bringing my dogs here for years and a move 1 1/2 hours away, has not stopped me from using this incredible facility. I trust Natalie and Karl completely with my dogs. Both my dogs love coming here and are always happy when I pick them up. Thank you Karl and Natalie for giving me peace of mind when I leave my dogs with you.
