Our daughter had two wonderful years here and we are so grateful for it. They managed covid very well, have excellent hard-working teachers, do lots of interesting activities and field trips and were easy to communicate with.Thanks Sadia, Lounes and the teachers.

LPA was everything we could have hoped for a daycare/pre-school to be - a place where our daughter was loved, cared for, and appreciated for who she was. She had tons of fun, learned a lot, and developed beautiful relationships with teachers and other children. Now, months into Kindergarten, she is still missing her little school" and talks about going back to visit them. Both the owners and the teachers are most wonderful people and educators. Care

A gem of a preschool! Children are well cared for by a team of 4 highly professional teachers. The days are a balanced mix of Montessori work and thematic play such that children get opportunities to build a solid social-emotional foundation as well as the fundamentals of math and language arts to start kindergarten. Teachers are very responsive to each child's level of work and try to meet them there and engage them. Children go outside almost every day to the two playgrounds that are attached to the school, except in downpours when they have access to an indoor gym, right across the street! We also loved the French instruction, play and songs, and we saw its influence at home. Parents are always welcome to visit anytime during the day, and to come along on the field trips. Sadia and Lounes, the owners and directors, are lovely, warm, and funny -- they set the tone. We were delighted with our time at LPA and will miss it!

We LOVE this daycare and are sad that our daughters last day is coming to a close soon as she sets out for kindergarten. I would recommend this place over an over and continually do to friends who live in Vancouver looking for care for their little ones. The staff are great, the owners are familiar yet professional and take their job as directors very seriously. Get on the wait list if you know whats good for you and your kiddo.

Nurturing,Positive, Fun and Happy is how one would describe the environment at Les Petits Artistes Montessori. Our son has been in their care for the past two years and has enjoyed every single day there. The Owners Sadia and Lounes and all the Teachers put in immense amount of love and care in providing excellent one on one attention to each child and family. A lot of extra effort and planning is also put into all the activities, field trips and holiday and year end events.We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Les Petits Montessori Center as a home away from home for anyone looking for excellent quality care for their children.

Les Petits Artistes is outstanding. Our daughter has thrived and developed under the care of the wonderful owners and teachers. The high standard that is in place for learning, loving and student safety is just what us two anxious parents needed! As our daughter finishes up her two years at this pre-school we are sad to say goodbye as this has truly been her home away from home. Thank you LPA for everything you have done for our family. We will miss you!

In love with this daycare my daughter loves her teachers and she goes every day very excited and very happy and whenever I ask what u learned today she will say we did Montessori work. They are friendly and welcoming the perfect French English daycare near downtown I would recommend it to everyone

I cannot say enough about Les Petits Artistes. As a public school teacher, my standards are Very High and this place meets them all. When I was looking for a daycare/preschool for my first child I noticed that many locations used buzz words (i.e. play based learning, child-centred approaches, etc) and maybe have nice looking furniture. However, some things that a teacher would know to look for are things like 1. What is the adult to child ratio (more adults ALWAYS means better care and child support in every way) 2. How much physical space is available (tight spaces ALWAYS lead to conflict with young children) 3. How accessible is outdoor space (if it's difficult to get to a park, I knew that places might go only once/day) 4. What is the rainy-day plan? (I didn't want my child to be stuck inside for hours) 5. How accountable are the staff to parents? (As a parent I should be able to pop in any time. Some places I noticed, had times when they didn't want parents to come by. This is extremely sketchy.) As mentioned, Les Petits Artistes, delivers in every way! They have incredibly high staff to child ratios and often have students training or doing their practicums. Many times I would pick up my children and there would be four adults for 20 students (This is amazing!). They also have TWO playgrounds directly outside their facility that are used twice a day. On really gross days, they also have immediate access to a large gymnasium that is on the campus so the children are still able to run around. (Amazing!) They have fantastic accountability as well. At any time, you can peep your head in and watch what your child is doing, and you are able to pick your child up at any time. You will also see that they have an incredibly skilled staff and impeccable curriculum at their school. Children, not only come out of LPA, knowing some basic skills like colouring, circle time, basic letter/sound recognition, but also a strong foundation of curiosity and passion toward learning. This, hand down, will set your child off to a great start no matter what school they attend. They will be familiar with all the routines in Kindergarten, but more than that, will have developed a positive attitude about learning and school. Both of my boys have attended LPA, each for a minimum of 2 years, and my first son absolutely shot-forward in school. (My second will start K in Sept.) Love for learning (not necessarily being able to print your name perfectly) is what will guarantee success in your child's academic career. LPA establishes this in every activity they do. I should also mention that although some staff members change from time to time, there is a community of care, professionalism, joy, and love for every child. I am eternally grateful for the role that this fantastic establishment has played in my kids' lives and the absolute expertise of Sadia and Lounes, the owners and operators of LPA. I can't recommend this facility enough and in fact, several of my friends and colleagues have placed their child at LPA. It is a truly hidden gem in Vancouver and as mentioned, does so much more than just Montessori, Reggio, and Child-centred curriculum.

Our daughter has been attending for over two years now and we could not be happier with the facilities, the management and the staff. It is a very warm and caring place run professionally and lovingly by the owners (Sadia and Lounes) and teachers who have created a wonderful second home for our daughter. She often asks us on weekends and bank holidays if she can go to school and speaks lovingly of her teachers and friends. Sadia and Lounes go to great lengths to organize a number of excursions, special holiday events each year (Thanksgiving Feast, Christmas Concert, etc) and student art shows resulting in precious memories for the children and the parents. They send beautifully produced newsletters and post photos to share their activities and educational themes. Les Petites Artistes is giving our daughter the best possible foundation before she starts her Kindergarten classes and we couldn't be more grateful.
