Wine Rack

I liked the shop and the assistant was very helpful, she really did her best to find the wine closest to what i had in my mind. The only thing is all the wines are local, no import. There was also a degustation of cream liquors and sweets. Great location, just in the heart of the city.

This is the worst wine rack and the customer service is the worstTHEY serve drunk people all day I walked in with a cooler to throw way I'm gonna say this person cause idk what to call that kicked me out talking about they can't service people that have been drinking already lmfao I wasn't drunk at all this person was just rude don't walk into there with any open drinks y'all get kicked out

The cashier did not wanted to sell me

Only 3 people are allowed at a time for some reason inspete of 3 staff members. Staff is extremely rude to customers as well as the security person.

Rude and unprofessional staff. I went in there on Sunday 28th July after 7pm. I was offered a wine tasting by a guy he gave me a luke warm white wine and when I commented on this no response. I couldn't drink it. I asked for a napkin because some wine got on my hand. She reluctantly gave it to me. There was no garbage so I left it on counter. As I was almost out the door she shouted at me and said put your garbage in hole on counter. How would I have known that was there disposal method. Then guy who did a bad job with the wine sampling started laughing. I just left and will never buy anything from that store ever again.

The Wine Rack is an ideal store for various types of wines. They have many stores in Toronto. We have had a great experience at this location. We were there for a Moscato and Reisling. The staffs were nice and friendly. If you are looking for great wines, I would definitely recommend this place.

I don't understand why there are some negative reviews about this store but some people just like to complain I guess. It's located in the heart of Dundas Square where there can be anything from an abundance of rowdy Ryerson students to dealing with the drug addled victims around the corner at the supervised injection site and a constant stream of tourists and I have never seen anything but absolute respect and gentle treatment for everyone who comes through the door.The very diverse and enthusiastic staff is obviously well trained to deal with all these situations and make good wine recommendations and regardless of how busy it can be there at times, the service is always very friendly and personalized so its always a pleasure to go there.The manager Rylee obviously has a knack for good management and hiring skills....and the best part is when Max my dog comes in there is always a treat waiting for him.

I purchased one beverage here new years eve and as i was leaving and putting my change away, i noticed that this store gave me a $5 bill with a piece of the serial number missing. 20 minutes later I am back and make another purchase and pay with the same $5. The clerk refuse it saying it's damaged. I tell them i just got this bill as change here. I can take it to a bank and get it exchanged is their response. They can pass off bogus bills but won't accept them. Instead of accepting their damaged $5 back and taking it to their bank and keeping a frequent customer happy, they refuse and I am forced to take their damaged money to my bank. The snide attitude and rolling of the eyes of the clerk when I asked to see the manager was not surprising. This kind of customer service is what ruins a businesses reputation. This store is at 10 Dundas st. TORONTO and the clerk who refused the bill was a female with a boy haircut. The one who gave it to me was a effeminate looking boy with a toque and straight blonde hair. I would give zero stars if there was that option. I will tell anyone not to patronize that store. I am also going to be contacting their head office in regards to this incident.

Here you can taste sample wine and pick the bottle you want. Good collection of wine. However, you can’t rely what they are suggesting blindly, as sometimes their suggestion will suck your expectations.But staffs are courteous.
