Haven't had Mary Browns in a few months and was craving it.Usually order a 3pc or big Mary with taters.The taters were absolutely the smallest burnt ends I've ever seen. The chicken was soaked in grease. The pickle chips were the same.Being pressed for time I ended up tossing the food.Honestly my worst experience at this location.May have been a fluke day so I'll definitely be back again

My husband bought 9 pc chicken combo on Valentine's Day; the taters was so dark and cold, it was terrible; it's like the oil hasn't been changed for a long time & it's few days old

Had the Big Mary chicken sandwich special on Monday. Had to wait for twenty minutes to get my order, which was the wrong sandwich. Fortunately I didn't have to wait to long for the correct sandwich.

We’ve stopped here on our travels a few times a year for about 6 years or 7 years. The food is inconsistent in quality. Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s so salty that it’s hard to eat. Today we tried to order on line but it wasn’t working so went in. They put the wrong drinks in the bag, forgot the gravy. Asked if we wanted sweet and sour sauce and then didn’t put it in the bag. Asked if we wanted ketchup and they didn't put it in the bag. The 5 piece chicken tender meal had 4 pieces and a little tiny tidbit that was counted as a tender. And the taters were so big it was just weird to eat. They were like half potatoes! The gravy was cold and the pop was warm!

Bought a Big Mary Combo , tatirs were tasteless and dried out , Big Mary was a half of piece of chicken with the other piece of hard crust , so sad use to be my favorite place to eat
