#1 the exterminator doesn’t know what he’s doing. They don’t know how to do an inspection properly. They sprayed my seats on my couch and it’s all stained. I lived at 1625 Galt apt 709 for 19 years and only had bed bugs once and the external ion Pro got rid of them quickly and did inspection properly. I know after experience at that place how it should be done. The guy came here and didn’t even know what he came for. The day after I had more bites than I did before be came. I asked to have the laundry rooms done because I think it’s quite important since everyone goes there with the bedding. Thinking it’s quite important. They refused. The exterminator company is not professional at all. Didn’t even give me a receipt. I don’t have any idea what they sprayed. .Gave me a paper about cockroaches and at the top a date for next inspection. What for when they didn’t do the right treatment the 1st time.
