Love going here! Went here twice and dealt with 2 different employees, both were great, helpful and very knowledgeable. Raymond helped me the second time. I forgot the name of the other employee but in the end they were able to find me a solution. Rather go here than to the other places that I’ve been to that didn’t have any staff to be found.

They first gave me the wrong aisle, then when I got my product they wrote down the wrong product code so I had to go back and told them it was wrong, then someone who seemed to be training another just kept repeating just take a picture

Workers are great, management sucks. Conor Mackui does not know what costumer service is. I really think he needs upper management to look into his reviews again. Unprofessional, rude and does not follow his store policy. “Misplaced” a full pallet of the SAME products under “wrong “ pricing. Management did not honour his store policy and changed the price with out honouring price matching. His reason was “customers usually change the price” while it was obvious that it was his mistake.would not recommend this location for anyone until management is replaced.

Lowe's Home improvement is a great place to go for your tools and supplies for almost any home remodeling projects you have in mind with friends knowledgeable staff always. Side note no longer takes air miles kind of a bummer.

Excellent Lowe's hardware store in the northeast area. Plenty of products choices and large inventory. The front staff lady also helped me find the perfect flooring product super quick. Really appreciate her help. Definitely recommend this store if your in need of home improvement stuff.

The store was neat and tidy, everyone was following guidelines.The product was great and decently stocked. The reason it got a 4 was, after walking the entire store numerous times and running into many staff, not a single one of them addressed me, or even seemed friendly. One actually seemed to run away... I was mostly looked at as an inconvenience. There is no company culture at this location.For an organization this size, floor training would have been provided and better can be expected. If management is reading this, feel free to reach out if you need sales training assistance.

Had worst experience bought vanities from them cam to pick up on Sunday. They made me wait 50 mins and after that told me they don't have it in stock. I already paid for those vanities like 2 days ago. Went back to department saw the vanity sitting there.Went to buy mirror same day of pick up ask 4 different people to help nobody came to help in hardware section. After 30 mins of wait some clueless associate came wasted another 10 mins and wasn't able to help. Never coming back.
