Shoppers Drug Mart

Went in looking to get some help with makeup-products. Cosmetics assistant was very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions confidently and provided excellent information on brands and the differences in their products. Sadly I didn't get her name, but I'm sure I'll be back for more ^.^

Bought some Bluetooth headphones that were stacked on top of each other I bought 9 of them for them but four were l not Bluetooth they rang up to as nothing was different and I told him I’m buying all Bluetooth headphones for Christmas talking stuffers and now they’re refusing to take him back to exchange them for the other Bluetooth in the same bin no customer service whatsoever everyone I’m giving them has iPhones and the headphone jacks ones don’t Exist on iPhones anymore. The boxes look almost identical is that somebody needs hoping people would grab them all like I did totally dishonest I will never step foot in that place again

brutal service... my son has a certain drug that my insurance would cover IF HUMBOLDT WOULD USE THE RIGHT DIN NUMBER! I've even called my insurance to find out what the right DIN is, and told the pharmacy but they are too ignorant to change it! SO IM STUCK PAYING THE BILL!!! Thankfully there is another pharmacy in Humboldt... guess I'll have to see if they understand the difference between a 600mg tablet, or a 600mg solution

Nice new store but it’s sad that they don’t even carry kids toothpaste… and could not even get an employee to help me but guess that must be a loblaws thing. No one could even point me in the right direction.

HUMBOLDT NEEDS A BIGGER SHOPPERS DRUG MART. Nice staff. Dirty, cramped space. It's 2022 not 1950's. Population is growing.

In store August 29 saw Phillips 3000 Electric Razor with sign advertising at $84.99 until September 9th. Returned to buy August 30 would only sell for $104.99 and inept manager removed sign from shelf.Guess I'll buy at Canadian Tire at $89.99.Ineptness waisted my time.

Been using this pharmacy since I moved here almost five years ago. Usually have to wait at least a day to get a refill and half the time when I show up to get it I am told it’s not ready and to come back in twenty or thirty minutes. Called in my last refill and was told it would take two days for them to fill it. I’m done. Won’t be filling anymore prescriptions here.

brutally inconsistent filling prescriptions. doc faxes prescription over, you call to verify its there, verify they can have it ready 8 hours later. you arrive after the time, and they still haven't even started filling it. just brutal

Visited the Humboldt location the other day for a prescription pick up. It was decently clean and tidy. For the most part they were polite as well. Heres the kicker. In the pharmacy area there were 4 I say again 4 people in that very small area, 1 person ahead of me and no one behind me. I had to wait some time before getting served and the person in front of me was sitting and waiting for her prescription to be filled.. I'm usually not in a rush to be anywhere but of course on this day I was! They were swamped" by no means and they weren't behind as there was absolutely 0 hustle. This is not the only time I've experienced this either. Very slow service for an over staffed place. Not recommended unless you have plenty of time on your hands!"
