My friends and I have been with TrunkSpace Hosting for almost a year now, and over the course of said time, we've had very little issues, and almost every single one of those were on us. Whenever we ran into issues, the support was quick, efficient, and more than friendly. My dealings with the staff and members of this up-and-coming company have been more than pleasurable, and I regret not a dime spent for their services.We use their TeamSpeak 3 voice services, and we have no problems with the connectivity despite having many members from outside of the country. We also dabbed into Minecraft, and we had no issues as well, but the only reason we cancelled this service was our lack of interest, as we returned to other games.In summary, TrunkSpace Hosting is an amazing company with friendly staff and amazing customer care. Their services are high-quality with little downtime, and at that, are more than reasonably priced. If you're looking for a decently priced voice server, game server, or web hosting, I stand by my decision to recommend TSH to you. I was looking for a Skype replacement for my family, some of them have less than optimal internet connections and Skype audio calls frequently drop out for several seconds at a time or cut out completely, and I wanted to give TeamSpeak a go. I could have set up my own server but I decided that I would rather look around and see what I could get cheaply. I picked TrunkSpace because of the competitive pricing and servers located throughout the world, I was able to log into TeamSpeak testing channels and find the closest (in network terms) server. I emailed them for more info and got a long (300+ words) reply in under fifteen minutes. Oh, and did I mention it was around midnight in Montreal, where their headquarters are located, and the reply was from the owner of the company? That's dedication right there folks!I rented 10 TeamSpeak slots (the minimum) and set up the client on family's computers. I'm happy to say that it outperforms Skype quite well with some conservative audio bandwidth settings, much more consistent audio and fewer completely dropped calls. Though I know my use case isn't what TeamSpeak or TrunkSpace Hosting is targeting, it works quite well. Also, I haven't had any downtime (unplanned or otherwise) in the 83 days, 3 hours, and 24 minutes since I first logged on.I can't speak much to who I'd imagine the usual" user of TrunkSpace to be

Since the beginning we've been offering our players and all the community a Teamspeak for all to come and enjoy their best games. Use for voip programs and have at least 99% up time. Any time I have had minor problems, support has done everything they can to make it right. Best service I've seen from any company.

I purchased a 50 man teamspeak a few weeks ago and am I ever happy we went with trunkspace. After manny stories about friends servers going down for a few hours here and their I was worried about paying for teamspeak services, but trunkspace changed that. Last night we were playing Arma3 (me and my group of about 12 people) and out of no where our server went down! I quickly scrambled wishing things would be fixed quickly and were they ever! It took me 2 mins to file a ticket and literally another 2 for my services to be back up with a reply from the hoster apoligizing! Thinking of droping some of your hard earned cash on a server? You should definitly keep these guys in mind!
