Sina Shoe Repair & Footwear

I recently went here to get some shoes repaired and spoke with the owner, who also said he was the manager, directly about my repair and told him I needed it done in 2 days and if not to let me know. He said it would be done by then and to come pick it up by 6pm but when I arrived he wasn’t there and the repair was not completed. He told me it would take another day but I had a flight scheduled and had to leave with my shoes which I needed for a wedding I was attending. The other staff are very nice however the owner is unprofessional and does not keep his word. He also charged me more than what he said my estimate would be when I asked him initially, when I went to pick up my shoes up a week later. I highly DO NOT recommend this place.

Asked the gentleman if he could take a pair of shoes and change them into bowling shoes, which he did and they turned out very good!

He is not honest and rips public off. He sells damaged items fir high price then tells lies. Stay clear away from him.

brought my designer bag there to repair, the gentleman is super nice and very transparent with letting me know what to expect and it turned out they did a great job, also with my pair of designer shoes ( a bit over size) they made them to fit perfectly, while I was there I saw a pair of Birkenstock but they don't have my size ( I have small feet) so they custom made me a pair that fit me perfectly. highly recommended this place.
