Last evening my garage door suddenly would not close. In a bit of panic I contacted Access Garage and the gentleman (I believe his name was Mike) was extremely helpful. When describing the issue he immediately provided me with assistance on how to troubleshoot and correct the issue myself and assured me if this didn't work they would be out to help me the next morning. As I was unable to correct the issue I contacted them first thing today and by lunchtime they had come and fixed the issue! I truly felt his genuine desire to help me and not just make $$ off of me. From start to finish this was an excellent experience - Thank you!

I have called upon Access Doors over the years when my garage doors needed servicing or repair, always satisfied. That being said i purchased 2 new doors after 43 years of use with every intention of installing myself. However i quickly realised it would take me quite a while so put a call into Jaime at Access doors. Immediate response with a service visit, an estimate and some of the extras i may need . Derek the Technician/Installer showed up?on time the following week and did a terrific job of installing ths 2 doors and fine tuning the track and motor.The invoice was true to the estimate no hidden costs and in my opinion well worth calling in the professionals welk done Jaime and the Acess Door crew

Our townhome unit had a rat issue in the garage that chewed the weatherstrip on the garage door. We had Cam arrive in the timeframe he said he would. He was professional, friendly and efficient. You can tell he knew what he was doing. He was finished in about 20 minutes and he even made sure the garage door worked and adjusted it so there was no gap between the floor and new weatherstrip. Would definitely recommend and hire again but hope we don't have another rat issue.

Great company! I sent in a request for service on their website and they called me within a couple hours and had a technician come the next day to resolve the issue with my door in no time. WOW, I'm truly impressed with this company. They're exceptionally professional in their customer service (Jamie) ; rapid response to requests, very competitive pricing and Cam" my service technician was highly knowledgeable in the garage door opener installation and replacing of springs. He's also a great instructor on showing functional components within the overhead unit

I was having issues with my garage doors closing properly. The manufacturer told me to order 2 new travel modules and install them myself. I called AGD for the parts and in the end I agreed to them coming and installing the parts themselves. The service guy came the same day, did some simple maintenance; NO modules, and I had 2 functioning doors when I got home. Excellent service, I would highly recommend these guys for any garage door work.

What a great experience we had with Access Garage Doors. From the quick and clear quote, to the great install, everything worked out exceptionally well! They had been recommended to me by another very satisfied customer (and serious handyman). They gave me a very fair quote and on installation day, Derek arrived right on time, and did a meticulous job in taking down our old door and getting all of the new hardware in. We didn't have any weatherstripping on our old door, so the new tight seal of weatherstripping around our new one is working great. Thanks again and highly recommended!

Great Service! Honest Advice. They could have up sold me on a more expensive door but they were honest about the difference in each. The install was done very well. I see it every day when I drive up to the house. After the install was complete, the tech explained the maintenance do's and don'ts. It has been 4 months and everything works great. Thanks!
