Worst owner, rude and unprofessional. His employee tells a different price and this person absolutely tries to scam you.Total waste of time and energy.Get a life Mr Owner, unethical business values won’t help your business survive in the era of digital market.Client retention is a good way to survive the cut throat competition in the market.I don’t recommend this place at all.

Do yourself a favour and just visit other locations. Prices are off the roof and customer service is 0. Dude was not wearing a mask, was just on his phone, and didn’t feel welcoming at all! With all these high prices atleast offer some good customer service. Hire someone who likes what they do and start earning loyal customers!

Matt is helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. Anytime I drop in, he makes time for my questions and when product isn't immediately available, he's quick to try and locate it at another store or notify me of when the next order will arrive. Love this location and the staff. Highly recommend!

Went today for reflex days promo, which was heavily advertised on social media. Went inside the store and the lady at the counter seemed to be too tired to get up to help us with anything. She gave all the directions where products were sitting down. Seemed like she was hungry as she continued to chew in between.Asked her twice if the demos and samples /!free goodies r all gone and all she said was she has nothing ..wow

First time had to put a bad review. I think I am being over charged here with out a receipts after my payment processed finished. It was a young boy. Who doesn't greet or acknowledged you are there untill you ask him a question. He said he would email me, but nothing showed up. My purchased is 49.95, plus 2 protein bar, bill came up to 77.65. Even with 14% tax on it. Guess that protein bar cost that much when I read 4.5 each? Beware not to purchased if they don't give you a receipt.

Walked in to ask for information about where to find a local fish market and walked out with a new pre workout and BCAA’s at the lowest cost I’ve seen at any other distributor plus a free shaker cup. Steven at reflex was extremely generous, super ripped and provided me a great service I didn’t even know I needed! Thank you Steven and reflex for adding value to my day!!! Walk out of the store feeling great about my purchase and the new friend I had made!!! Ps I found the fish market.

I went here for a couple pre-workout items the other day. Excellent customer service!. Simply put, the guy knows what hes talking about. I was in an out in 5 minutes. I have grown so tired of teens that have no idea what they sell or have any desire to engage. Not the case here. Great transaction. Thanks!

First time in there, solid customer service, good deals, I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for and told buddy what I was doing workout wise, gave me the recommendation for what I needed and how to get deals. This will be my default store for supplements.
