Doesn't know what he is doing. Replaced parts on hot tub that didn't need replacing, got water on the circuit board during the process and tried to convince me that it was faulty to begin with. Hot tub worked fine before he came to work on it, did not work after I sent him away. I would rate this company a 0/5 If I could, avoid at all costs. My opinion, he is just a thief.

Worst customer service ever. Installed new pool liner and over tightened the return jet to the point where it was impossible to remove by hand. When I contacted the owner, I was told that it tightened by itself and that he was not responsible. He reluctantly agreed to come check it out and never showed. Would not let this company touch my pool again because I truly believe that they “damage” things so that they get paid to do a service call.

Beware of dealing with the owner of this company.

Probably worst trstIl service experience I've ever had. I made an appointment to open my pool (quoted price $300) and to fix a return line (quoted $700 for both). The day before the appointment I get a call and the owner asks why he is coming to my house as he cant find the info on file. I tell him. He said that there is no way he can do the return line as too busy. I say fine. Just come to open the pool and I'll rebook for the return line. It took them 2 weeks and about 7 visits to open my pool and that's with me removing the cover and skimming all the leafs. His employees were constantly apologizing. Saying that they were understaffed and all new as the owner had fired the whole of last years crew. I wasn't happy at all. To top it off. I get an invoice for over $500. I told him no way. I was quoted $300 and I wasn't even happy paying that considering the service. I paid the $300 plus tax as quoted. He sent me to collections for the balance!!!!

We have dealt with these people for over 20 years and have never had any problems. they replaced our pool liner last year on time no problems. Owner and workers very polite and they did a great job.

This guy has quite the reputation around port hope I am very surprised he is still in business
