Awful customer service. The very old looking lady working there was very rude, even went so far as to take the birthday candle type thing out of my hand almost aggressively saving she can't sell me fireworks"? Then stode at the door trying to watch us drive away. I do not recommend going in there if you're younger. Very disrespectful."

The owners are adorable, a cute little elderly couple with their poodles. So friendly and helpful. Great selection of food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages. They are even a part of Otter Co-op which is super helpful for our needs. Great location on the main strip of Grindrod next to the post office.

Awful. Everytime I go in, awful. After years of not going in, still awful. The owners jack up prices, argue with customers, watch grown adults like they're infant criminals, and plus, it's smelly!! Carpet flooring plus they let their cat run around. Prices are SO high. Actually, you have to ask most about a product's price because they're too lazy to put up correct signage. Avoid at all costs. Seriously. Bad energy. Bad people. Bad business.
