Delicious and finely made French pastries from a highly trained, creative and talented pastry chef. Croissants are perfectly baked with a lovely flake and crunch. We have followed her here from her start up at the Salmon Arm Farmers Market. You must visit her shop at Centenoka Mall. Her pastries are not to be missed.

I tried her macarons at the salmon arm market when we were in town visiting. I have since been on the hunt for something similar local to me. These had the perfect airy crunch and delicious flavor. Now when I try any others it's extremely disappointing! Definitely grab some when at the market!
