Stony RV

Purchased a used Airstream Argosy from Clayton and his team. I never thought I could trust an RV dealer/company but Stony RV has changed my mind. Upfront with info, open and honest every step of the way. I was a pleasure to work with the team there, highly recommend.

I was looking for a specific tool to replace my water heater heating element when I called Stony RV to see if they had one. I couldn’t find one anywhere. They never had one but they told me their mechanic would lend me his if I agreed to return it. When I arrived, they lent me the tool and a modified socket,. He also gave me some advice. I never had to pay a deposit or give my name. They trusted that I would return it. It is nice to see such kindness and generosity. Thank you to them for going over and above. I would strongly recommend supporting this business. They are good, honest people!

Clayton, Duane,Krista and the rest of the group were amazing to us. Absolutely no pressure in the whole process. We looked around and the big guy dealerships couldn't even touch what this place able to do. Found Clayton to be fair and honest, willing to work with our needs. Amazing company - I just bought a Grand Design Solitude off Stony RV. It’s a 2016 unit, but you would never know - amazing condition! After getting the complete run-around from Woodys RV and Guarantee RV, I went to Stony RV and what a difference. Clayton, Krista and team are amazing - honest, respectful, courteous, detailed and very fair with pricing. Bill (recommended by Stony RV) hauled it safely to our acreage and also did an amazing job! It was so worth the 3 hour drive to deal with such great people!Thanks again Clayton, Krista and Team for a great buying experience!

I didn't even know about this place until I stumbled onto their website through Kijiji. Bought a used 2018 trailer that looks like it has never been used. I will never by a new RV again. Check them out. It was definitely worth the drive out to Stony Plain.

Bought a new to us toy hauler camper from Stony R.V.. The buying experience with them was fantastic. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 highly recommend checking these guys out.

Found the unit we wanted and almost purchased brand new.... a Google search took me to Stony Rv and they had my unit at a great price.... we picked it up today and the Guys in the shop are SO awesome. I highly recommend checking it out!!!

Our buying experience with Stony RV was wonderful. We had found a unit they had on their website and just showed up to take a look. We were met by very friendly staff (Julie at reception) and everyone seemed as excited about our potential purchase as we were. We had the pleasure of speaking with the owner Clayton and got a very good honest feeling from him. From there we were dealing with their main sales/yard man Duane. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and came with a very low pressure laid back approach which put us at ease. Everyone involved seemed very honest and open, we went through the trailer thoroughly as well as their own maintenance sheet and records. This was a used unit but any issue I had was immediately taken care of and no fuss was made. I had a few basic trailer related questions that didn’t pertain to my unit and their service team (Jole and Cam) were very open to taking the time to answer them. I respected their knowledge and product and they respected my requests as a buyer. We loved the unit and this sales approach and mutual respect made it a no brainer to make our purchase through Stony RV. I had came back to look a second time at the unit and ran into their detailer (Audrey) and we shared camping stories and conversation as though I was part of their family already. When it came to financing, Krista worked with us and got us the best interest rate and made that process also seamless. I was unable to pick up my trailer for a couple of weeks and when I phoned Clayton and explained, without hesitation he was willing to hold my unit for me until I was ready for the pick up. On pick up day Duane was there and ready to fit up my new hitch and go over a thorough walk through with my wife and I on the unit. We went on our way and we’re very happy with the whole process. If I ever have a question, concern, need a part or to trouble shoot something, I feel confident that the team at Stony RV will be there for me. I recommend any and everyone to these guys before you go to the big stores as you will get the customer service of a small based business that you will not ( that I have not) from the larger companies.

My wife and I have been looking for a fifth wheel for a while now. We were lucky enough to see a listing pop up for one at Stony RV on Kijiji. The only issue was that it was over 3 hrs away from us. Lucky for us, the owner Clayton and his team put up a good ad with a great video walk through of the trailer itself. I reached out to Clayton via email and he was quick to answer all our questions. We drove the distance to look at the trailer before the holidays and we really enjoyed it. We put a deposit down and set a date to pick it up after New Years(as their office was closed for the holidays) I drove up to pick up the trailer and after a fluke incident occurred I wasn’t able to take the trailer home that day. Clayton, Duane and their service guy worked hard to diagnose the issue, which turned out to be a simple grounding issue that was a fluke accident. Clayton right away put me as the customer first and looked after me for the time and frustration that I had. Clayton made sure I was able to get the trailer the following day. I think with a small business like this, its great to see the customer service that goes into making a deal flow smoothly. Thanks to Clayton, Duane, Krista and your service guy for getting us hooked up with a great deal on a fifth wheel. We will definitely recommend our friends your way.

I can see why you're still around as a smaller company. Lower volume essentially translates to higher customer care... this was not lost on us. We found a camper on-line that Stony RV was advertising. Not only was it as advertised" but upon driving for 6 hours we found it even better. Anyone thinking of buying a good well maintained/inspected RV should look to these people; because they really care. Thanks to everyone who made this deal seamless/perfect.
