Nai is THE BEST! She is quick and also meticulous. Every time I’ve gone I leave with perfect nails. All the staff is friendly and excellent. Highly recommend!!

I don't get my nails done often, but when I do I always come here! The staff are friendly, professional, and thorough. Their service is very clean and they stand by their quality of work. If you want your nails looking on point, I highly recommend this place!

I'm so thankful I happened upon this place a couple weeks ago! The staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional. Nai has done my nails both times and her work is incredible, she takes her time to ensure each nail is done correctly. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!Thank you to the staff at AA Nails!

This lady (owner) is a con artist.She was going to charge me $75 to do a fill. After i said that's a lot she changed her price to $50 for a fill snd no design. i settled for the $50When i was leaving she charged me $73 with tax and she had earlier said $50.Dignity is quite important so i just paid and left.I don't live in the area snd will never be returning again!She was quite rude snd aggressive and wants her way at all times!Please don't go here all you gonna get is a domination and humiliation session" if you're into that.Quite rude and unacceptable behaviour."

I went in today for a bio gel fill and new nail design. I showed the design I would like and the manicurist said she could do it. When she began, I told her that I didn’t like the colour or the design and would like something else. She refused and said she can paint over the dark colour.I was not happy and it was very notable.She continued.At the end, they still charged me the full $70 for fill with design, horrible customer service. Will not be returning, save your money and go else where.

Nai always does such a great job on my nails, and Mary on my toes!!! I’ve lived in Burlington my entire life and have gone to many different nail places and I can say that by far this one is my FAVOURITE. I love coming here, I look forward to my regular visits ❤️

The Mean Vietnamese older lady is very pushy.She is aggressive and was pushing me to get a manicure and pedicure. So greedy snd unprofessional.Staff was chewing and eating sunflower seeds like so loud! Disgraceful!The senior lady who did my nails was great that's why i'm giving one star to the hard working employees.There's a saying you can never forget how someone makes you feel"... like so little snd do less of a human.As long as I live i will not be going here
