Had to rent a vehicle for indefinite time while my other vehicle was being repaired. They came and picked me up from the repair shop. They were very accommodating about when I may be bringing the car back. Car was perfectly clean and had low kilometres. Staff was helpful and had me on my way quickly. Return went very smoothly as well. And the price was great.

Checking in experience is as expected with Enterprise with no hassle for me.Dropping car off on the Sunday, no worries. A follow-up phone call asking of any concerns on Monday is good customer service. Likely to rent again from Enterprise

Guy in a suit should lose his job. He wouldn’t give me a rental car last time because I would be “dissatisfied” with it. I was not belligerent or rude. I just asked why the pricing was so high. And then we had a discussion back and forth on pricing. There were no cursing or insults just a conversation.Fast forward to todays date of the 10-April-23 I have to show up again because the dealership deals with this location. As soon as I walk in he says “oh look it’s you again.” And I simply said “can I deal with someone else please.” He then proceeded to say he will not do business with me and I have to leave.He then lied to the dealership and said I came in and starting cursing them out and that’s why they would not to business with me which in fact is not true. Why would I lie about this and have my face attached to this review if it was true. Terrible service this guy has some kind of issue with me for some reason; most people would call this discriminationI have never had an issue with any other enterprise location and have experienced great customer service except from this location.

Good option to rent a car for a fair price. The guys at the front desk are very kind and helpful. The car itself was dirty when we rented it and it wasn't exactly what we hoped for, but when we gave feedback, they we're really courteous and went the extra mile in terms of customer service.

Best rental place in Saskatoon. I had my car for repairs and rented a car for 25 days. Everything was professional. Samir in the front was very nice, friendly and helpful. At the end the Manager, Cihat called me and asked me about my experience and explained the billing. I really enjoyed renting from them. They have good inventory with newer cars.

Not sure how these guys are at 4 stars. Yes, the prices here are cheaper. However, there are issues with staffing as far as professionalism and customer service goes. Our experience was so disappointing,we returned the rental a day early. Save yourself the stress and rent from the enterprise at the airport. They are far more accommodating and friendly.
