I have been attending Hear Again Solutions for two years now. It started off with Doris giving me a hearing test and fitting me out with the appropriate hearing aids. I go back on an annual basis for a hearing check-up, which has always been very professional and friendly. Doris is always prepared to listen to your concerns and take the extra steps needed to get a full comprehension of your situation before coming up with workable and good solutions. I have never been rushed and always come away with the feeling that I am in good hands, when it comes to my hearing problems. I have no problem in recommending Doris Shiu and Hear Again Solutions Corp

The clinic itself was clean and simple. The staff were really friendly, extremely helpful and, were also really thorough in the explanation.

I had a viral attack last year and totally lost the hearing of my left ear. I was then offered a few choices to cater for this harsh condition. I was given the option of just equipping my right ear alone or a pair of wireless transmitter and receiver pairing on my left ear and right ear respectively. That is to pick up the left side voice to be heard on my right ear. However the voice pick up was too noisy with all the background. I had this ambient noise experience a few years ago in other hearing aid with another hear aid company. I am well aware this hearing aid feature. Then a nano size hearing aid was given to put into the ear channel for trial. The sound response was excellent with no ambient noises. However, my ear channel is too narrow to bear the pain created by the long stay of the nano ear aid. Finally, I have to accept having nothing on my right ear. Even though the final result ends up with nothing on my right ear, I appreciate the customer friendly and caring services provided by the audio advisor through out those months.

I bought a pair of hearing aids two years ago. It improves my hearing a lot. I received a very thorough hearing test and professional suggestion of hearing aids selection from the audiologist. In the past two years, they still maintained a good follow-up of my hearing experience and provided adjustment service if I need.

I brought my dad to HAS on Commercial Drive a few months ago to try out the hearing aids. The audiologist, Doris is very nice and extremely patient to the elderly. There is always a smile on her face. She always explained everything clearly. Even though sometimes my dad didn't understand, she will explain again. She speaks my dad's language which is Cantonese, so my dad feels very comfortable going there.The overall experience was very good. My dad has tried 2 pairs of hearing aids with different brand and he likes the second pair which is not as expensive as the first one and he actually hears better with the second pair. Doris really helped him to choose the right one for him.

Brought my dad here for hearing aids and we are happy for the whole experience. Very thorough hearing test and the audiologist spent a lot of time explaining the results in details. Gave us options for hearing aids to try and my dad adapted really well to the first pair. Both the receptionist and audiologist speaks fluent Cantonese so my parents could go on their own when I am busy. Only downfall is that the appointments are long. We were there for over 1.5 hours for the initial hearing test and consultation. Great service and well worth the time.

This was my second trip to HAS. My first experience was about a month ago when I went in to get my ears cleaned, and to have some custom ear plugs made up to protect my hearing while I rode my motorcycle. Today I picked up my ear plugs and had my hearing checked. The exam took about half an hour and then was followed up with a consultation by Doris, the audiologist at HAS. The results were explained to me in great detail, and I could actually view the charts on the computer screen. My options on how to deal with my moderate hearing loss were also very detailed. For someone like me who does not like to visit medical clinics, the experience was very friendly and informative, without huge line-ups. HAS clinic is incredibly clean and quiet, and has a very friendly staff. I will continue to patronize HAS and will be recommending my friends to do so as well. Thanks for helping me so much! It's been almost 3 years since I got my hearing aid from Hear Again Solutions.I am very impressed about the after sales services that I received. I always get a phone call reminding me about my upcoming appointment and I don't recall that I have to wait at the clinic. Doris, the Audiologist, is very friendly, patience, & professional. I felt that I was well taken care of since the first day I walked in their clinic.Keep up the good work!

The location is convenient. All the staff in the clinic are customer oriented, very helpful, extremely patient to explain customer concerns and introduce various hearing aids. Doris, the audiologist, provided valuable suggestions and enough trial time. She also collected feedbacks regularly. Her assistant Kelly and the receptionist Adeline are very helpful too.
