Wing'In

I tried this wings spot as it just opened and it’s great. The concept of all the flavours for the wings and the type of fries used and poutine is delicious. I do think the service wait time could be improved and this may be due to this establishment being new. I was there for 50 mins for my order and that unacceptable. I would still give them 5 stars because of flavour and good pricing but be prepared to wait a while.

Friendly but soggy.Came for the grand opening to show support.Picked up saucy wings and poutine.I live 6 minutes away so I raced home to try them out.The wings while tasting great were soggy.Poutine was great would recommend.I will give it another chance but I’m hoping the soggy wings were a one time thing considering it was grand opening and they had a high number of customers.

Recently gave the food here a second chance since we were excited to finally have a wing place close to home. I was willing to overlook the food being just okay, but both times I ordered food I've had to wait over 10 minutes for the orders to be ready, even when the restaurant and parking lot was empty because it was later at night. The wings and fries are mediocre at best and honestly overpriced for what you get. To make matters worse, we recently got a brownie with our order and it was so utterly disgusting we threw it out. Calling something salted caramel doesn't mean you need to sprinkle what I can only describe as rock salt on it. If I had to guess, a lot of the positive reviews are due to there being a horrible restaurant selection in the neighbourhood. Just drive the extra 10 to 15 minutes and get wings somewhere else.

We recently visited Wing'In and was blown away by the quality of their chicken wings. The restaurant truly lives up to its reputation for offering the best wings in Ottawa. As soon as we walked in, the aroma of freshly cooked chicken wings filled the air, and we knew we were in for a treat.We ordered the most amazing chicken wings, and they were served hot and crispy with a perfectly seasoned batter. The wings were so juicy and succulent that the meat just fell off the bone with every bite. The sauces offered were diverse, ranging from tangy BBQ to spicy hot sauce, and each one was more delicious than the last. We especially loved the Parmesan dip, which had the perfect balance of savory and salty flavors.The atmosphere at Wing'In was also fantastic. The restaurant had a modern and stylish decor, with cozy seating and a warm atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, always eager to offer recommendations and help with menu choices.Wing'In is a must-visit for any chicken wing lover. With their mouth-watering wings, diverse sauce options, and friendly staff, it's no wonder why they are considered the best chicken wing restaurant in Ottawa. If you're looking for a delicious and memorable dining experience, I highly recommend Wing'In.

Was excited to try this place since I first saw it was opening. The staff was very friendly. The Monday wing deal is great value. The wings were great themselves, but 3/4 of the flavours we ordered were under-sauced (will definitely request they have extra sauce next time). The Texas Grind flavour was great.

Quality, service and freshness… these folks know what they are doing with their wings! 10/10 with their latest launch of their chicken burger. Thick, juicy and full of flavour.

Had the pleasure of visiting during their grand opening. Was worth the wait. Cashier was pleasant and greeted us warmly. After a short wait we got our food. Wings that we got were nice and juicy, a far cry from the other prominent wing places in town! We got 3 flavours, loved the honey garlic and salt and pepper, I found that the lemon and garlic flavor to be weird. All in all positive experience, will be back to try the other flavours.

Tried it for lunch and I’m glad I didn’t spend more for a dinner option. The onion rings are pretty sad; not much coating. I think most of it fell off in the fryer. Also, their method of dunking the wings briefly in the hot sauce meant it was a pretty thin application. I also would say their hot sauce is about a medium compared to other places. I’ve had spicier wings in bars or even local pizza place. I think the application process is where it suffers. If they were fully sauced and tossed in a bowl with a thicker sauce, it may have more impact.

Disappointing first experience. First they were serving people that arrived after me before serving me. The lady kept arguing that my order #51 didn't exist even though I had the ticket in my hand... She finally found the order that was already done for 10+ min. Second , they gave me the wrong dipping sauce. Third the chicken was soooo soggy..there night be something wrong with the frier. Finally, the sauces are surprisingly tasteless. There was Avery good amount of sauce but the honey garlic is so liquid that it didn't stick to the wings and no hint of garlic. The Smokey BBQ had absolutely no taste..just a tiny hint if tomato..very surprising.I might give it another shot because the chicken was good and the portion was decent but i really hope that I can get the option to have my wings fried and crispy

Delish! Fresh, hot and sooo tasty!Place was clean, oil wings were fried in was fresh. Also had their classic poutine; didnt disappoint! Highly recommend!
