I used Siri to find bead stores. Closest was Treasurestone and said open to 5pm. We got directions and ended up at Shoppers Drug Mart. This store displays address and open hours but does not exist. Poor management to advertise false information. They waisted my time. I will never buy anything from them.

Linda, the owner, is great! She is extremely knowledgeable and goes far and away above and beyond to help with projects. Her prices are excellent and selection is outrageous for a smaller shop. I would highly recommend her!

I’ve been making jewelry with stone beads for years, and have tried many suppliers both online and in-person, and BY FAR ordering from TreasureStone has been the best and most stress-free experience. Pictures don’t do the quality of the beads I’ve received justice, I can’t even believe how nice the strands I bought for under $20 are! Never has someone gone out of their way like this to ensure that I’m happy with an order. I can be picky, and it looks like I’ve finally found a company with integrity who really knows their beads! I haven’t been disappointed with the quality of anything since switching to this supplier, and the honesty and customer service is truly amazing. I made a mistake on my first order, and Linda was so quick to fix it. I placed a large order (over 70 items I think), and expected it would take quite a while to pack and ship, but I had it in my hands within a business day and not a single bead was damaged. I’m glad that I decided to trust this company when I needed to do a big restock, and I don’t want to go anywhere else now.
