Scorpio Drainage

Mike was a lifesaver... he diagnosed the cause of my flooded basement (backed up sump, clogged cleanout drain) and fixed it in two days. Involved digging a big hole by my sump outside, replacing drains, putting in two new cleanouts, new backwater valve... a ton of work, and at an incredibly good price (two other drainage companies made a starting quote at 2x what Mike finally charged). He's a nice man, will give you a fair deal and excellent work. Highly recommended!

I am not one to write reviews. But this one is truly deservingI cannot say enough about Mike and Scorpio Drainage. I was quoted almost $30,000 to do a job by a company that popped up through google search and was prepared to go through with this... until Mike was recommended to me after another company conducted a camera inspection of the system and told me I was being ripped off based upon their video inspection.As a result they recommended Mike and I called him. Mike came out two days later in a very busy time for him. He did this because I had to urgently have the work done due to the sale of the property and Mike made sure this happened!I was blown away from the minute I met Mike. He has to be one of the most honest, knowledgable and hard working guys in the business. Mike came and for almost 1/10 of the price of the job I was quoted previously we had resolved the issues. I have recommended his name to my friends and family and I have no doubt if I ever need any work done again I will call Mike.If you want a quality job at a reasonable price from someone who is an expert in his field... this is the guy to call!

I live in the Hastings Sunrise neighbourhood. This past summer, Mike completed repairs and extensions to my drainage that have completely resolved the water issues I was experiencing, inside and outside the home. I have tried other services, and have found Scorpio Drainage to be the absolute best in resolving and maintaining your residential perimeter drainage issues. Mike from Scorpio has come to our rescue twice, and he’ll be the first person we call if ever another unwelcome drainage problem rears it’s ugly head. He is totally professional, honest and the cheerfully hardest working guy you’ll ever meet. His depth of knowledge is really impressive- he’s seen it all in his long career and can quickly diagnose a problem and propose the most cost-effective solution in the midst of what is often an emergency situation, patiently explaining the scope of work and timeline (which he adheres to). Most importantly, his fees are very reasonable- a fraction of the exorbitant prices charged by other companies. I wish there were more contractors like Mike out there!

Had my drain tile installed on one side of the house. Mike and his team did the work. Previous big company that did the previous work did not want to do the whole job due to the challenges. hindsighylt is 20/20 but I wish I had know about Scorpio before. Mike explained in detail his approach and what needed to be done. It was a 5 day job and he worked in the rain no problem. No excuses. He started right after the weekend. He solved my issues and identified and patched two cracks in the side of the wall. Two other companies quoted much higher estimates plus of course whatever else they could find. Great work and assured me and tested the drains after. In the end that's what's most important for a home owner. This guy does the work properly and honest without overinflated pricing. Very difficult to find these days. You won't regret using Mike.

Water coming out from basement dry wall after the heavy rain in end of September. Drain Tile failure? Cracked foundation?Consulted various parties for repair proposal, none of them have neither the experience nor the expertise to give an accurate and solid proposal.Mr. Scorpio and his crew, Tony, came to rescue, walking the perimeter, measuring the land scape, observing the water down spouts, and determining the potential drain tile failure before digging.6.5ft underground, Mr. Scorpio found the clogged drain tile, cut it open, release the water, re-connect with a Y PVC pipe, and add 2 clear outs for future servicing.The job is completed in 3 days including restoration of my garden landscaping. With this 5 Star premium job, Mr. Scorpio charged me a very reasonable price.Thank you Mr. Scorpio and I'd recommend him to anyone with a plumbing problem.
