Teller was nice and friendly however it seemed like her manager said no to a credit card cash advance I had requested to be deposited to my account.I could clearly hear them talking and the manager saying no. The teller upon returning back to me told me that their “visa machine” is down.

I have been banking with TD for 10 years and I have always received good service both online and at this location. Wait times can be a little long and it can take time to get an appointment, but otherwise I'm pretty happy.

This is the best branch I’ve ever been to with really kind and friendly people. I was pleasantly surprised by their hospitality and commitment to good service for customers. While I was there, a man came looking for an appointment but worked long hours every day. The store was closing so no more appointments were available. He was walking out the door and one of the clerks stopped him to take him to the counter and help accommodate his schedule and get him an appointment that worked for his schedule at another bank. That was a very kind thing for them to do.

This was my worse experience at a bank. The teller young Indian girl was rude. I had to wait in line while she chat with one of her male coworker and I could see it was not about work. She was unfriendly and impolite. I am so happy this is not my home branch. I am sorry I didn't get her name. I hope her manager is reading this and coach her on customer service ethics that the customer come first and during her work time she not have social chat with male co worker while the customer wait.

Always a pleasure banking with this Branch the staff are lovely. We had the honour of banking with Matthew and he was the best banking experience we have had. He is helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable. We are excited to put our trust and banking needs in his hands going forward.

Worst banking experience ever involving the Customer Service Manager" and Branch Manager no less. Stay far away from this disastor. I don't know how they are still an active branch. Perhaps management changed."

Small branch but well staffed. The staff members are polite and willing to help when needed. Located in a busy shopping plaza but overall easily accessible. Lots of young people work here and they are fairly knowledgeable.
