Forever Green
For a new build, (which is still in progress) it could have more amenities in the kitchen area. Only 1 appliance can be used at a time or risk tripping the main switch which if you do is in the garage, so you then have to see the owners about getting it back on... If they're in. There is a bbq to cook on, which we had to clean first, but no outdoor seating.

Fantastic Airbnb. Basement suite with our entrance was super clean, comfy beds had everything we needed. Hot tub was enjoyed after hikes and kids loved it. Only 15-20mins from Waterton Village.

Clean new house, has the rooms set up similar to a hotel, and the beds are comfortable. But I will assume due to building code it can't have a proper kitchen(microwave, hot plate, and a toaster, thought there was a full kitchen and I think I may have over looked that). You are also in the basement, which is a walkout. But based off a previous comment they must have have put the exterior finishes on hold. If they put a pad outside and maybe upgraded the bbq it would have rated better.
