Bell Taxi

Last February, my husband and I were travelling, He forgot his knapsack with all electronic devices, wallets, All travel documents. The Bell Taxi driver found these 10 minutes after our drop off, turned around came back to the airport looking for us. Diverted a major crisis. I find their service reliable and very prompt. While Uber is cheaper, I would continue to use this company who is efficient, and to my personal experience trustworthy.

My mother, a senior, called Bell Taxi, when her car was being repaired. When it came time to pay, she used the debit machine and she saw the transaction for $30 go through. The taxi driver said that because it wouldn't issue a receipt, it didn't go through and refused to let her leave until she paid. So, she paid again and once again there was no receipt. He eventually figured that it was a technical error and let her go but she was upset that she had no receipts to prove she paid twice for the one ride. My mother checked her bank, and sure enough, there were two identical charges, minutes apart. She contact your office and has still not heard anything. Shame on you for taking advantage of seniors!

Extremely good service! I wish I knew the driver's name so I could praise him directly, but when I called I said that I needed help when he got to my place. No sooner had I stepped outside that he was running towards me apologizing but it was me that was early. He grabbed all my bags and took my arm. I use a cane and cannot walk long distances so when we arrived at the GO Train/Via Rail station, he squeezed in the middle of the construction at 6:30AM so I would only have a few steps to go. He brought all my bags in and put them next to me in the station. He was super polite, friendly and I hope he is working tonight as I'm about to arrive in Oshawa in 1:30 hour!Very pleased customer and I hope my return is just as nice!

Bell Taxi is the most convenient cab service in Whitby, complete with friendly sociable drivers. Can't recall the last time I had a bad diver. I refer Bell to friends, family and strangers, knowing that they'll get the service they expect or even better.Great work, Bell Taxi Team

Extremely terrible customer service. The dispatcher at 2am on Sat March 5/16 was the most rude customer service" rep I have ever encountered and should not be working in this industry. Bell Taxi's website claims they are all about customer satisfaction

One of the best cab companies and extremely friendly folks that work there,Always get to me faster than Circle which can take like 3/4 of an hour to wait for Circle for a ride, Bell comes faster. I am so happy with the owner and his team. His dispatchers are very nice and the owner himself is very nice.The drivers look professional with white shirts and black pants.

I have used this company for the last 40 years and have never considered calling anyone else,when my children were small this very company transported them to and from day care and as they grew older to and from school the owners and management and office staff are friendly and very helpful the drivers are very accommodating, and yes there have been times when I have had wait for a cab but sometimes perfection is worth the wait ...just give yourself more time. Keep up the great service and no worries I have your number on speed dial.

Minutes ago, a driver for Bell Taxi Whitby Car W-124 honked his horn at my house from my driveway, undoubtedly startling my elderly neighbors.As I limped in unaided to the cab, (bi-lateral knee strains make entering, exiting vehicles, pulling doors open independently painful as well as difficult) I'm greeted with Hop in. I've got other things to do." The only thing the driver cared about was how I was paying.I made a note of the driver's vehicle (W-124) so Bell Taxi can follow up on the rude customer "service" I received."

Awful company. They dont care if they forget to book your taxi and they will absolutely expect you to pay. I am a manager at a nonprofit organization for adults with special needs. Over the last 4 years I've had MANY taxi issues with many companies but today was the absolute WORST. The gentleman with special needs was picked up over an hour late, they had the wrong address. All with the most unprofessional staff answering the phones. I have literally sent out an email to 72 other families encouraging them to use other taxi companies.
