Called to setup an appointment for a quote. Couldn’t make it. Sent texts with no response. Called and left messages with no response. Not very professional in my opinion. Don’t waste your time. He’s not interested in your business.

Balsdon Flooring recently re-finished & repaired our original hardwood floors in our century home. Their workmanship, customer service, and end results are phenomenal! We have already booked them back to replace some laminate with hardwood. Certainly my go-to company for re-finishing hardwood floors!

Balsdon Floor Sanding & Refinishing
Korey refinished our dining room floor and laid new hardwood to match in the adjoining living room and the office. All were stained the same and match our stairway. He also removed the carpet from the stairway, laid hardwood in the landing, sanded and put on a finish coat to match the other rooms. The floors looks amazing! He was very good at communicating when he would be at our place and for how long. I would definitely hire Korey again.
