Terrible, terrible place to get food. Going there you will wait an eternity and ordering the food online you will NEVER get your correct order. Avoid AT ALL COSTS

Not a great TB location. Been there a few times and keep thinking next time will be better. Tacos have little filling and are almost always cold and soggy by the time they are taken to a table inside. The counter is not always wiped and clean, which makes me wonder what happens behind the scenes! Too bad, it is a great location.

This is easily the worst Taco Bell in the Hamilton-Niagara region. They will always find a way to mess up your order. Forget items. Give you the wrong items. Everything is soggy and falling apart. The worst is when I order beans instead of beef and will almost 100% of the time get beef. What is the point of having a vegetarian menu if every time I try to order from it, I get meat instead? The service is also ridiculously slow. If you go through the drive through prepare to wait 20 minutes.

People need to know what they are getting at Taco Bell. This isn’t gourmet, this is fast food at its core - below the other chains generally. Regardless we still go just hoping to get that crave of something tacolicious but always come out disappointed.I realized taking good pictures that are real and not enhanced like other reviewers is very difficult when it comes to Taco Bell. I tried my best.Service was actually good. People were polite and my order was correct. Price for your food is just a ripoff. For two meals it hit us at close to $30. You’re not getting even McDonald’s quality here.My tacos were prepared below average. Very little toppings. The fries supreme are just getting worse. A few years ago they got rid of the green onion and replaced it was some green onion like flakes. They don’t even have that anymore. The Doritos tacos crumble - stick with the original. The lack of toppings on my fries supreme was embarrassing. It was about a fork full of toppings.There is a bunch of new options that hit the Mexican cuisine scene that Taco Bell just can’t at a better price point. Taco Bell doesn’t have the quantity or the quality to compete.

Slow service, poor quality. Spend $40 the order and the tacos were falling apart, cold, and gave us very little toppings for the fries supreme which I paid extra for. Literally a tablespoon of sour cream beef, cheese and tomato on the fries supreme.

Was hungry so I decided to grab a grande stacker. Does this place not follow operating standards? Because this is literally double the size at any other Taco Bell. Also they seem to be one promo behind other Taco Bell locations. They’re not offering the featured item that’s on their website, but they still offer the double layer taco I haven’t seen at other locations for a while now.

Love this place. Especially the steak quesadillas. BUT DON'T DISTURB ME WHILE IM EATING OK!!! IM TALKING TO THOSE PEOPLE WHO WERE MAKING NOISE WITH THEIR PHONE!!
