Picked up 5w40 liquimoly oil and oem filter from these guys today. Will be a returning customer. Very friendly and professional staff!

Unreliable business.These guys promised in writing to speed up the process and deliver the parts quickly. They delivered the catalytic converter in 3 weeks after I complained several times that it's been too long and not as promised. Finally I received a cheap replica with inadequate performance - with loud and terrible sound producing by that part. It even attracts my neighbors attention when the engine is turned on.I complained again several times providing evidence (video) that the part is faulty and talked to the manager with no positive effect or resolution. They kept promising that they would investigate, would contact the warehouse, yada-yada-yada, and finally stopped replying at all. No return/exchange policy, no customer support, no willingness to solve issues. Completely unreliable business. $500 wasted on the part and $200 on a mechanic to replace the old converter to a new one that was clearly a piece of junk. More yet to spend to fix the issue.I had to file a dispute/chanrgeback with the bank.UPDATE: Got my money back from the bank via dispute.UPDATE 2: Geez. I didn't expect such an update from the business (see below).I have never received an offer to bring the faulty part back to get a refund - the only thing I got was complete ignorance. I provided all the history of transactions, communication history etc to my bank and the bank conducted an investigation. As a result I got my money back. The seller never gave me any other options. I agree the part was new and Canada made, but it was faulty and not as advertised. I wasted time and money on labor because of not reliable business. Shame on you getyourparts for your answer and feedback that is a lie.

Absolutely love the staff member here! Always have great hospitality and never try to rush you out or make you feel uncomfortable for not knowing exactly what you may be looking for. My family has two mazda 3's, Buick regal super charged, and a Chrysler sebring all of which needed parts that we got from Chris. They are good quality parts at a very reasonable price.Thanks for the hospitality guys!

Chris and his staff are very knowledgeable and is my go to store for my Highly Modified BMW. Their prices are amazing and very competitive!! Sometimes he has those, that can't be the price" combo deals!!I highly recommend them and you will not be disappointed!!!"

This is my go to spot!!! I love the customer service and that this shop has everything I ever need for my car. Even when parts are not in stock they order them and less then a week I have them. Plus the owner gives me great referrals for places to bring my car (e.g oil change, detailing, internal/external car wash packages). Definitely would recommend everyone here!!!

Really great selection of engine oils / additives for your German vehicle. Really happy they carried the newest NextGen Liqui Moly. Friendly service and definitely will be coming back as the prices are very competitive!

The only place that sells an oil change kit package deal at a very good price with Liqui Moly. The owner was very honest, helpful and knowledgeable on German OEM parts. Would definitely come back!
