The restaurant was really dirty, fruit flies flying around the ketchup dispensers, dirty chairs and floor. I suspect cleaning has not been done very well over a period of time.

Haven’t been to McDonalds in years… got coupons for breakfast combo so I decided to go…. The girl at the drive through neglected to tell me they don’t have hash browns after 11…. All-day breakfast means something different I guess…. So I got fries instead which don’t exactly complement a McMuffin sandwich…. Then they gave me someone else’s coffee…. Which also got thrown away…. So in the end I overpaid for a McMuffin sandwich instead of getting a deal on a combo…. If I could give a zero I would…. I now remember why I gave up on McD’s years ago

I used the app/mobile ordering. I had enough points for a 10 piece McNuggets. They were fresh and piping hot. I also ordered a fries and a pop. The service was fast and the girl who brought the order out was very friendly.

Went through drive thru no matter when I go through my order is never on the screen, I like to see my order and the prices and the total of the order. Unfortunately, I'm not one of those people. I just use their debit card and do not worry about the prices. I want to know! Called the store manager when I returned home but only asked if the order was wrong? That is not the point I just want to know as I usually pay with cash. I have no problems with any other Mcdonald's drive thru's if they can do. Why not you????

The drive through was a joke. The crew initially ignored people at the drive through. Next taking payment they walked away. Finally they left the prepared meal for 3 minutes, again ignoring the window. The crew member then laughted at the fact he did not hand over the meal. Will never go back again

Constantly my little one was asking me why McDonald's is called fast food?" as we waited quite a while to receive our order. Not sure if it was that shift or if it is something that usualy happens at this location."

The food is perfectly McDonald's here, and the dining area is clean and well kept. But do not get any espresso drinks here. For some reason the latte machine here only produces milky water with a hint of your ordered drink's flavor. The cashier was nice and remade my mocha on request, but with the same watery result.

Another zero star rating for McBurl.You guys are the worst franchise ever. Ralph was horrible and Lindsay and Ryan haven't learned either.NO CHEESE MEANS NO CHEESE. DROVE 10KM HOME TO FIND OUT SANDWICH WAS MADE WRONG.

Rotten coffee, smells and tastes metallic. I've had this issue at a few McD's, their machine isn't cleaned and maintained. Thanks for making me feel sick in the morning.
